Infinix Zero 5G has officially debuted in Nigeria. This is the company’s first 5G smartphone and is also set to release in India on February 14. But before it hit the Indian shore it arrived in Nigeria. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC and features a 120Hz display. In addition to this, the phone houses a 5,000mAh battery which has 33W fast charging support. Furthermore, the 5G smartphone has a triple rear camera set up.

As per the Nigerian e-commerce website the device is listed for NGN 169,500 which translates to Rs 30,400 for the single 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model. The company has not officially confirmed the pricing and is yet to declare its availability. The Infinix Zero 5G will be available in three colour options of Cosmic Black, Horizon Blue, and Skylight Orange. The device is expected to cost roughly $350, which translates to Rs 26,200 in India. Samsung announced Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra

Samsung at its Unpacked 2022 event unveiled the much-awaited Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Series alongside Galaxy S22 series. The new Tablet series by the South Korean giant includes three models Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. All three models support 5G connectivity while the latter two models S8+ and S8 ultra come with an upgraded S Pen.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ will be offered in two storage configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage options. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, on the other hand, will be available in 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage configurations. In terms of availability, the devices will be available for pre-order beginning Wednesday, February 9, at 10 PM. It will be available for purchase in certain regions such as the United States, Europe, and South Korea beginning February 25. The Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11S have officially made their debut in the Indian market today. Alongside the smartphone, the company also introduced Redmi Smart Band Pro. Both the smartphones are similar as they have a 90Hz AMOLED display and quad-camera set up. While the fitness band features 110+ workout modes and offers 14 days of endurance. Samsung, a major South Korean corporation today will be announcing its first flagship smartphone launch of the year. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series specifications and pricing (expected)

At today’s Unpacked event Samsung is also expected to unveil the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series. The upcoming device is likely to include three models to its flagship tablet series namely Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. According to the source, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 would have an 11-inch WQXGA LCD TFT display with a resolution of 2,5601,600 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Galaxy Tab S8+, on the other hand, is expected to have a 12.4-inch WQXGA Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,8001,752 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. In addition, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is expected to include a 14.6-inch WQXGA Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,9601,848 pixels and a comparable refresh rate.

Today the Chinese smartphone company Xiaomi will be announcing a couple of products under its sub-brand Redmi. The company will be hosting a launch event where it will be launching Redmi Note 11, Note 11S, Redmi Smart TV X43 and Redmi Smart Band Pro. All four devices will be making their India debut today. Redmi Note 11 specifications

The 6.43-inch AMOLED Dot Display on the Redmi Note 11 is equipped with a fingerprint sensor. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC and runs MIUI 13, an Android 11-based operating system. A quad-camera arrangement on the back includes a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. On the front of the gadget is a 13-megapixel selfie camera sensor.   It has a 5,000mAh battery and 33W Pro fast charging. The Note 11 is likely to cost Rs 13,999/ Rs 14,499 in India. 

Redmi Note 11S specifications

The Redmi Note 11S, which was introduced in the foreign market a few weeks back, has a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,0802,400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G96 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. On the rear, it has a quad-camera configuration with a 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 sensor. The Note 11S has a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor with an f/2.4 aperture on the front. In addition, the Redmi Note 11S comes with a 5,000mAh battery with 33W rapid charging capability. According to a rumour, the Redmi Note 11S would cost between Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,000. The phone would cost Rs 16,999/ Rs 17,499.

Redmi Smart TV X43

The Redmi Smart TV X43 will have a 43-inch 4K resolution display. Furthermore, the TV will offer 4K HDR and Dolby Vision. According to the event website, the TV will include a 30W speaker setup with Dolby Audio compatibility and will deliver future-ready premium performance. The Redmi Smart TV X43 will run Android TV and have the company’s latest PatchWall software, as well as IMDb integration. The processor’s specifications are yet to be released, however, the gadget will be interoperable with other household devices.
