Dyson V12 Detect Slim with 5-stage advanced filtration technologies launched in India

In India, the Dyson V12 Detect Slim vacuum cleaner has been released. The cord-free vacuum cleaner comes with the new technology that is designed to identify buried dust as small as 10 microns suitable for deep cleaning in Indian households. It is incorporated with an acoustic piezo sensor to enable scientific proof of what’s been sucked up. In addition to this, there is an LCD screen that displays important information like battery, modes and dust collection.

Dyson V12 Detect Slim price and sale details

Dyson V12 Detect Slim has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 58,900. But online it is selling for Rs 55,900. The vacuum cleaner is now available for purchase through the company’s official website as well as via Dyson Demo locations around the nation.

Dyson V12 Detect Slim tech specs

Dyson V12 Detect Slim features a Dyson Hyperdymium motor that provides up to 150 air watts of strong suction and 5-stage filtration that collects 99.99 percent of dust particles down to 0.3 microns for a powerful deep clean. The new Dyson V12 Detect Slim reveals hidden dust by incorporating a diode laser inside the cleaner head that is precisely positioned at a 1.5-degree angle, 7.3mm from the ground to produce the best contrast between dust and floor. The vacuum cleaner can remove the particles and meticulously size and count them 15,000 times per second using an acoustic piezo sensor, which converts vibrations into electrical signals and precisely displays the size and number of particles sucked up on an LCD at the back of the vacuum. Dyson V12 Detect Slim price and sale details In addition to this, the laser dust technology on the Dyson Vacuum cleaner can verify that your house has been thoroughly cleaned. By incorporating a precisely angled inside the cleaner head, Laser Dust Detection exposes particles that are invisible to the human eye. Dyson V12 Detect Slim uses Dyson’s 5-stage advanced filtration technologies, which capture 99.99 percent of particles as tiny as 0.3 microns8. It has been included with a green laser diode – selected for its ability to give the highest contrast – inside the Slim Fluffy cleaner head, precisely positioned at a 1.5-degree angle, 7.3mm off the ground. It implies that buried dust on the floor surface may be detected and cleared that would otherwise be undetectable to the human eye. The user can quantify the dust it finds and then shows it on an LCD screen for real-time scientific verification of a deep clean. Dyson vacuum cleaner The vacuum has an auditory piezo sensor built-in. Carbon fibre filaments in the cleaner head capture microscopic particles, which are then sized and counted up to 15,000 times per second6. The dust enters the vacuum and strikes the acoustic piezo sensor within the bin intake, converting the small vibrations to electrical impulses. The size and amount of dust are shown on the in-built LCD screen, allowing the user to see how much dust the vacuum has cleaned, as well as the different particle sizes, and provide scientific confirmation of a deep clean. The Dyson V12 Detect Slim is intended to automatically boost suction strength when it comes into contact with a considerable volume of dust. When the piezo sensor detects large concentrations of dust in auto mode, reactive suction power is initiated to automatically increase in power. Suction power is lowered to its original level when dust levels return to normal. While the anti-tangle conical brush bar that spirals hair off and into the bin prevents hair from wrapping around the brush bar. Top 2 ways to download mobile apps not available on Google Play Store

Mobile apps are the most convenient way of doing everything – from buying groceries online to watching your favourite new OTT series. Android users largely only depend on the Google Play Store in order to get the mobile apps that they want to use. While it is quite user-friendly and straightforward to download and install an app from the Google Play Store, there has been a growing interest in sideloading apps off the internet. Sideloading is basically installing a mobile app using its APK file, without downloading and installing the app from the Google Play Store. Read Also: How to find your phone number on Android: Top 3 ways

What are the benefits of sideloading apps?

While many people might argue that it is safer to download and install apps only from the Play Store, that may not be entirely true. This is because the Google Play Store chooses to exclude many apps that do not adhere to its own Terms and Conditions, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that these mobile apps are not safe for use. For example, there are many really useful and reputed apps such as Dunzo MO, Dream11, or the Amazon App Store that are not available to download on Play Store. These apps have been banned by Google because they do not fit in with the Terms and Conditions. Similarly, Google also bans many real money gaming apps as well as betting apps that allow users to play with real money. In fact, Google Play focuses on mobile apps where in-app purchases are made through the Google Play Store, in which case, the tech giant keeps a big cut of every transaction made. This is another reason why many apps have chosen to keep themselves off of the Play Store on purpose. The biggest example is that of Fortnite, which chose to keep itself off the Play Store so as to not have to share its user revenue with Google unnecessarily.

Before you begin, allow the installation of unknown apps

It is rather simple to download mobile apps without the use of Google Play, but it is not a method that is widely used. But before you begin, you need to allow installation of unknown apps on your device. Step 1: Go to Settings. Step 2: Select Biometrics and Security settings. ViewSonic Elite XG270Q review: For the “Elite” gaming experience

Yes, many of us know ViewSonic to be a projector and regular PC monitor brand. But very few know they also build hardcore gaming monitors for the flavourful. They have an ‘Elite’ range of gaming PC/Console monitors, but are they worth your hard-earned penny? We got our hands on the ViewSonic Elite XG270Q and spent some time with it to understand if you should buy it or not. Here is the ViewSonic Elite XG270Q review, you all have been waiting for.

ViewSonic Elite XG270Q review: Design

Out of the box, the ViewSonic Elite XG270Q screams for attention and we gave it all it wanted and more. Assembling it is child’s play, and you do not need any special tools to put it together. 1 screw puts the metal base plate to the neck, and you can snap the 27-inch monitor to it with ease. The display is edge to edge, and you get only one thick bezel at the bottom that has the Elite branding at the bottom. ViewSonic-Elite-XG270Q-stand Spin it around you get to see RGB lighting that can be controlled with ViewSonic Elite display controller software. Here you can control the visual settings including the RGB lighting modes/colours. Also, you get a special hook located on the left of the monitor to place your headphone and 2 bungees to manage your mouse wire. The neck of the ViewSonic Elite XG270Q also has a hole in the middle through which you can put in all the wires, basically good cable management. You can find the power button at the bottom of the display. The monitor can tilt forward and backwards from -5 to 20 degrees. Users can also adjust the height up to 11.5 CM. Over that, it swivels up to 60 degrees (30 degrees on either side) and one can also pivot it to 90 degrees, in case you like the portrait mode better. The overall weight of the monitor is 7.9Kg, which considering it has a lot of metal components, is not too bad. The ViewSonic branding can also be seen on the back of the ViewSonic Elite XG270Q gaming monitor.

ViewSonic Elite XG270Q review: Performance

Let’s start with the ports this monitor has to offer. At the back, you will find downward-facing ports. These include the charger power port, a display port for gaming consoles, two HDMI, one audio-out, 1 USB type-B and three USB Type-A ports. ViewSonic Elite XG270Q is a 27-inch IPS monitor that supports QHD resolution (2,560 x 1,440 pixels). It has a super high contrast ratio of 120million:1, 1MS response time and 165Hz refresh rate. NVIDIA G-Sync is also supported. So, what this essentially means is you can play games up to 165 FPS with the best vivid colours and deep blacks. So, we put it to the test and it wooed us. We were not expecting this kind of colour reproduction and ghosting/lag-free imagery. We played some of our regular games like DOTA 2 and CS:GO. We got 120-145 FPS on both and the large display helped us clutch some hard games with ease. On the other side, the latest games like Battlefield 2042 also looked much better on this gaming monitor. We spent some time watching Netflix and FHD videos on YouTube. Here too, the ViewSonic Elite XG270Q did not dissatisfy us. Since we tested with an NVIDIA GFX card the technology works flawlessly. The power consumption, even though it uses a fairly large power brick, is just 46W (max). Overall, we found this monitor to be quite cool. You can easily move it up and down, swivel it around and the no glossy screen works for us. Viewing angles are also great and colour reproduction is perfect from every angle. Yes, they do not wash off if you are looking at it from weird angles.

Verdict

So, it boils down to this, its price. At Rs 48,999 is the ViewSonic Elite XG270Q worth buying? Well, many would say they would build a whole gaming PC in that amount. But this monitor is not built for the entry-level gamer. It is built for people who are considering buying a high-end graphics card like GTX 3090. If money is not a problem, you can seriously consider this gaming monitor.

Pros

Excellent design with swivel RGB lighting Superb display colours and deep blacks

Cons

Price, not for the masses Few side ports would have been good.
