Flipkart has established a strategic alliance with Polygon Companies, the creator of the top Ethereum scaling protocol and provider of scalable, inexpensive, safe, and long-lasting blockchains for Web3. Asus ExpertBook B Series with 12 Gen Intel Core processors launched in India

Taiwanese tech giant Asus increased the line-up of its enterprise flagship series in India. The company has introduced the Asus ExpertBook B5, B7, B2, B3, and 12th Generation B9 and B1 in India.

According to the company, the materials used to create the ASUS ExpertBooks B5, B7, B2, B3 & B9 series outperform Energy Star, EPEAT Silver, ASUS’ rigorous durability tests, and MIL-STD 810H US military specifications. It comes with a number of practical health protection features, such as ASUS Antibacterial Guard and a TÜV Rheinland-certified display that produces a clean image and guards against eye strain and fatigue.

To ensure that private and sensitive data is protected, it has strong, multi-layered security protections. These include a physical webcam cover for immediate privacy, an IR camera for face login, support for the Intel vPro platform for improved business protection, an embedded fingerprint sensor, and a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 chip for data security. Even the ultra-thin variants have an Ethernet connector built in for safe Mac Binding. They may even be quickly and easily physically secured because of the included Kensington Nano lock hole.

ExpertBook B5 Series

The ExpertBook B5 and B5 Flip are powered by Intel 12th Gen Core i7 P-series 28W high-performance processor and Iris Xe graphics, up to 40 GB of quick DDR5 RAM. Thunderbolt 4 and quick Wi-Fi 6 are all included in the laptop. Gorilla Glass Victus 2 is said to have a new glass composition that improves drop performance on the world’s most widely used engineered material, concrete while maintaining the scratch resistance of Gorilla Glass Victus.

David Velasquez, vice president and general manager of Gorilla Glass said, “Smartphones are the center of our digital lives, and the requirement for exceptional scratch and drop resistance has only increased with our growing reliance on clear, damage-free displays. Surfaces matter, and rough surfaces like concrete are everywhere.”

The Closed beta testing of the Nothing Phone 1 Android 13 is scheduled to start today. The company’s head and CEO Carl Pei took to Twitter to make the announcement. In a fortnight, the public beta testing will start. CEO Carl Pei previewed the Android 13 update for the Nothing Phone 1 earlier this month.

Pei teased Nothing OS 1.5.0, the Android 13 update for the Nothing 1 Phone, earlier this month. He posted a screenshot of the upcoming, Android 13-based upgrade to Twitter. Today he announced the beginning of the Nothing Phone 1 Android 13 closed beta testing. The most recent update incorporates the November 2022 Android security patch in addition to bug fixes and other minor enhancements. In the next two weeks, the smartphone manufacturer plans to deliver the Open Beta upgrade.

The company via Twitter said, “We’re so excited to bring Android 13 to Phone (1). Beta testing is underway. If you own a Phone (1), you can be one of the first to experience Android 13 with our open Beta program. Starting mid-December 2022.”

While announcing the Nothing OS 1.5.0 Carl Pei shared a screenshot of the Nothing Phone 1’s About Phone section running Nothing OS 1.5.0, which some speculated was based on Android 13.

The latest Android 13-based Nothing OS update should enhance performance as well as add some fresh features and upgrades to the Nothing Phone 1, which currently runs a nearly stock version of Android.

The Nothing Phone 1’s 6.55-inch, 10-bit OLED display offers a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The display’s features include a maximum brightness of 1200 nits, HDR10+, and 402PPI. The Nothing Phone comes pre-configured with Nothing OS, an Android 12-based operating system. Nothing guarantees to provide the Nothing Phone with four years of security updates in addition to three years of Android updates.

The device is powered by a Snapdragon 778G CPU from Qualcomm which is capable of 33W cable charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging, in contrast to the old chipset’s lack of support for wireless charging. While an Adreno 642L GPU takes care of the graphics needs. It also has up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

On the back of the phone, there are two 50MP cameras: a primary Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS and EIS, and a secondary Samsung JN1 ultrawide sensor with a 140-degree field of view. When video recording is active, a red LED on the back of the phone will light up. Videos at a resolution of up to 4K can be captured on the gadget. The 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor and 2.45 aperture on the front camera are intended for selfies and video calls.
