Uber and Amazon have launched the second phase of their partnership, which will provide Amazon Prime customers with more benefits across all Uber transportation options. As of May 2023, Prime members who use Amazon Pay as their payment method will still receive 5% cash back on all rides.

Speaking about this association, Anuradha Aggarwal, Director, User Growth and CMO, of Amazon Pay India, added, “Our Customers especially Prime members are constantly seeking a one-stop digital solution with value-driven propositions for their everyday payment needs. Amazon and Uber expand their partnership, giving Prime members 5% credit on all rides through Amazon Pay. Out of the 5%, users will receive 4% in the form of Uber credit and 1% in the form of Amazon Pay cashback, which may be used to reduce the cost of future Uber rides and meet Amazon.in buying demands.

According to the company, this partnership intends to offer Prime members the freedom to travel without cash while still delivering them a seamless experience.
