How to record WhatsApp voice calls?

WhatsApp is more than just a messaging application. Several people conduct their business on WhatsApp. While others use it to share their views, images, and files that have a direct and indirect influence on their lives. WhatsApp call is one of its features where you can connect online to a person having the same app. There are primarily two ways to record your WhatsApp incoming or outgoing calls. These are as follows.

Method 1: Using another device – an easy way out!

Recording WhatsApp calls is straight-forward if you have a secondary smartphone. While making a call on WhatsApp, you just need to put your phone on speaker and record the WhatsApp calls using the sound recorder on another device. If your second smartphone does not have an in-built sound recorder, you can easily download it on the App Store.

Method 2: Record WhatsApp calls on the same phone using a third-party application

There are several applications available on the App Store that can record WhatsApp calls. Most of them offer a simple UI and get the job done with little effort in the following steps. 1) Open the Google Play Store, and search for the ‘Record WhatsApp calls’ and install an application with a high rating and downloads. 2) When you launch the app, you will be asked to provide it the permission to access your calls, contacts, storage, and microphone settings. 3) Follow the on-screen instructions and enable the app in the ‘Notification and Accessibility’ option in the system settings. As soon as you give permission, you’re ready to go. The app will automatically record all your Whatsapp calls without time-limit and mixing the contacts.

It should be noted that WhatsApp is an end-to-end messaging service. When you voluntarily allow a third-party app to get access to your contacts, it may breach your privacy. Although the third-party apps claim to only record the audio at your end of the call, you must still be vigilant and choose only a trusted application. Everything you need to know about Hyperloop and when can you expect the first ride for consumers

Hyperloop is an intended means of passenger and freight transportation. The terminology was first used to define an open source vactrain design published by a joint team from Tesla and SpaceX. Hyperloop is defined as a sealed tube or system of tubes having low air pressure allowing a pod to move through it free of air resistance or friction. The concept of utilising low-pressure or almost vacuum tubes as means of a transport system has a long history. However, it was entrepreneur Elon Musk who popularised the concept with his ‘Hyperloop Alpha’ research paper in 2013. And then came many.

Why is Hyperloop different?

Hyperloop differs from the traditional rail in two ways. Firstly, the pods carrying passengers move through tubes from which most of the air has been evacuated to minimize friction. As a result, the pods could travel at a speed as high as 750 miles per hour. Secondly, instead of moving on wheels like a train or car, the pods are meant to float on air or employ magnetic levitation to minimize friction.

How much would a Hyperloop cost to build?

The LA to San Francisco Hyperloop envisioned by Elon Musk Envisaged is expected to cost around $6 billion. A major part of the cost of the project lies in constructing the tube network that includes the cost of the tube, pillars, vacuum pumps, and stations. The cost of the capsules was estimated at around $1.35m per piece; with 40 required for the service that would cost around $54m.

What will be the implementation challenges?

Although the concept of the hyperloop appears wonderful, it is evident that it would face several challenges in terms of construction, society, health, and the environment.
  1. Cost: We can’t underestimate the cost of the technology and sophisticated tube system that is expected to be millions of dollars.
  2. Technology: The manufacturing of the long vacuum tube shall need advanced technical skills that are expensive and risky to maintain.
  3. Human Life: The limited space inside the train may pose risk to human life and health. The excessive G-force may cause nausea and hypertension.
  4. Legal: The construction of tubes would demand huge land and property requiring several legal clearances and compensations to those whose lands will be acquired.
  5. Environmental: The installation of the tubes would require space and thus causing a large number of trees and forests to be cut down, leading to loss of habitat and desertification.

What will be its impact on society?

The research on the possible benefits of the hyperloop project to society shows that the journey from London to Birmingham would take only nine minutes. Faster journeys will enhance job opportunities and will have a positive outcome on tourism and sustainability. Moreover, Hyperloop will improve the access to education as the distance of the educational institutions from home will not be a challenge anymore. Besides the time factor, Hyperloop will play an important role in solving the housing crisis. The cost of living in metropolitans like London and New York is pushing the vulnerable residents out due to economic instability. By making the movement to places around the country affordable, people will be more likely to live outside of the city. According to Elon Musk, “Hyperloop would inconvenience landowners no more than having a telephone pole on their property”.

When will the first Hyperloops be available?

Several companies are competing against each other to turn the concept of Hyperloop into a functioning commercial system. Although the basic concept has existed for many years, Hyperloop technology is still under development as of now, the earliest hyperloop is expected to be up and running by 2030 but most services are expected to run even later since the testing of the technology is still in initial stages. The locations where Hyperloops will be established are still not known. However, many companies have planned out routes in the US, Europe, and elsewhere. Possible routes include New York to Washington DC, Pune to Mumbai, Kansas City to St Louis, Bratislava to Brno, and Vijaywada to Amaravati.

What will be the experience of a Hyperloop?

Critics of Hyperloop have suggested that traveling in the tube might not be a delightful experience owing to excessive G-force that may cause nausea. However, its supporters say that the journey of a hyperloop will feel just like traveling in an elevator or a passenger plane. The companies that are making the hyperloop claim that despite it being an extremely fast move vehicle, the systems they are building will accelerate with tolerable G-forces similar to taking off in a Boeing 747. Acceleration and deceleration processes will be gradual with tolerable G-forces and turbulence. According to Elon Musk, “A beautiful landscape will be displayed in the cabin where each passenger will have access to their entertainment system”.

Will the Hyperloop ticket be expensive?

The LA to San Francisco version of the Hyperloop Envisaged by Elon Musk will offer tickets at a nominal $20, but Virgin Hyperloop One is doubtful on its plans. As of now, the cost will depend significantly on the route and the target is to make it affordable for everyone. The Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT) said that it expects a profitable system with low ticket price projections. But like any new technology, critics do feel that this will be an expensive way of travel too. Top dual-screen smartphones, which will see an upgrade in 2021 and when

A foldable smartphone seems to be a perfect answer to the question of accommodating bigger screens. Although the smartphones with dual screens were welcomed with mixed reviews. They could not achieve the place they deserve. However, in 2021, the companies are making up their mind to release the upgraded dual-screen smartphones (maybe at affordable rates). Here is the most-sought list of smartphones with dual screens that are likely to get an upgrade in 2021.

1) Motorola Razr 5G

Motorola is hoping to use the same strategy with the Motorola Razr 5G that Samsung did with the Galaxy Z Fold 2. The original Razr was a slim-looking smartphone but the build quality was not up to the mark. Moreover, the camera quality was disappointing, and the battery could not last more than 6 hours. Motorola seems to have addressed those issues with the new 5G version of the Razr, which introduces changes in the design such as a tapered chin, durable hinge and teardrop folded display. The exterior Quick View screen now carries gesture controls. The powerful Snapdragon 765G processor will improve the performance while adding 5G connectivity. The new version of Moto Razr is expected to be out by the end of 2021.

1) The first requirement is to plug-in your Canon DSLR camera’s USB cable into your PC. 2) Turn the Canon DSLR camera on 3) As soon as Windows recognises the camera, a notification will appear in a popup window regarding the newly connected device. However, you may not always see the notification even if the device is successfully connected. Step 3: Launching the SparkoCam software

1) Open the ‘Device’ tab and choose the ‘Canon Camera’ checkbox to convert your Canon DSLR camera into a webcam. Whenever you connect only one camera to your PC, SparkoCam automatically picks it up. In other cases, you have to choose the right camera from the Camera list which is connected to the computer. 2) In your chat application like Skype or Google Meet, choose SparkoCam Virtual Webcam as the source web camera. 3) Now, you have to configure the target application to utilise SparkoCam as the video source. For instance, you can configure Skype in the ‘Options’ dialog by choosing SparkoCam Virtual Webcam from the Select webcam list. You need to know that the Canon DSLR doesn’t have an inbuilt feature for utilising its microphones to capturing the audio. Thus, you must buy an external microphone to enable voice capturing in your chat application. For the latest gadget and tech news, and gadget reviews, follow us on TwitterFacebook and Instagram.
