Amazon Prime Video has rolled out a new feature called Amazon Original profile images in which the users can now set their profile picture to their favourite characters. The popular characters are based on Amazon Original movies and shows like Midge from The Marvelous Mrs Maisel from The Marvelous Mrs Maisel and Mother’s Milk from The Boys. This feature is now available for Indian users and it is supported on all devices. The company via a blog post said, “Prime Video is rolling out its newest feature: Amazon Original profile images. That means customers worldwide can now update their Prime Video profile image to feature some of their favourite Amazon Original characters, from Midge in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel to Mother’s Milk in The Boys.”The Amazon Original profile images function is available on all the devices that support Prime Video. The users can easily select from Amazon Original characters from movies and series including Borat Subsequent MovieFilm, Bosch, The Boys, Coming 2 America, Fleabag, Good Omens, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Invincible, Sylvie’s Love, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, One Night in Miami…, Making the Cut, Hunters, Without Remorse, The Tomorrow War, The Wilds, Upload, Troop Zero, Hanna, The Expanse and Carnival Row.
How to change or select a Prime Video profile image
You can change your profile picture to Amazon Original characters via the Prime Video app on iOS, Android devices, and Fire Tablets. All you need to do is open the app on your device and click on the My Stuff option at the bottom of your app screen. Then tap on your profile name and a drop-down menu will open. From there select Edit and choose the profile whose image you want to change. On the Edit Profile screen, tap your profile image and make a selection from the available list. When you are creating a new profile click the profile image and make a selection from the available list. You can also do this from your desktop web browser. All you need to do is go to the Prime Video home page, click the profile name next to Who’s Watching? Now tap on Manage Profiles, and then click the profile you want to edit. Motorola India Country Head, Prashanth Mani, took to Twitter to confirm the India launch for the Motorola Edge 20 Pro. The tweet from the company’s India Head was a response to a fan who wished for the device to arrive in the country as well. To which Mr Prashanth Mani says, “We will launch the edge 20 pro soon.”However, the company’s chief did not reveal any specific timeline for the launch of the Motorola Edge 20 Pro. The price and the other additional details are yet to be revealed. The device is speculated to launch in India next month that is September and is likely to be priced above Rs 35,000.To recollect, Motorola Edge 20 Pro debuted globally last month along with Edge 20 and Edge 20 Lite. Out of the three two were launched in India earlier this week. The Pro variant is priced at EUR 699.99 for the 12GB RAM with a 256GB storage model that translates to Rs 60,900 (approx). It comes in two colour options of Indigo Vegan Leather and Midnight Blue.Speaking of the specification, Motorola Edge 20 Pro is headlined with a 6.7-inch OLED display. It comes with a 144Hz refresh rate and Amazon HDR support. Its screen also offers 10-bit colour and DCI-P3 colour space coverage. The phone runs My UX on top of Android 11 and is powered by aQualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM along with 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.In terms of camera, there is a triple camera setup on the back of Edge 20 Pro housing a108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HM2 sensor, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a macro lens, and an 8-megapixel sensor with a 5x high-res optical zoom and 50X Super Zoom telephoto lens.The Motorola Edge 20 Pro is backed by a 4,500mAh battery that also supports 30W TurboPower fast charging. For connectivity, there is 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, and Bluetooth, and others.
