A few weeks back the company debuted a 5G edition in the nation, which is a rebranded variant of the Redmi Note 11 5G. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 processor. the smartphone features an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. In addition to this, the phone has a 5,000mAh battery.

Samsung announced new lightweight Galaxy Book laptops with new Intel processors at MWC 2022

Samsung Electronics at this year’s Mobile World Congress the Galaxy Book 2 Business and Galaxy Book 2. Samsung also revealed the Galaxy Book 2 Pro, Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360, and Galaxy Book 2 360 during its MWC 2022 presentation. All the lightweight laptops come pre-installed with Windows 11.

Pricing and availability

Samsung has yet to formally confirm pricing for the Galaxy Book 2 and Galaxy Book 2 Business models, though the latter will be available beginning in April. The Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 will be available in Burgundy, Graphite, and Silver, while the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Business will be available in Graphite only. Whereas the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 360 costs $899.99 (about Rs 67,600), the Galaxy Book 2 Pro costs $1,049.99 (about Rs 78,800), and the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 costs $1,249.99 (about Rs 93,900). According to Samsung, the laptops will be available on April 1. Samsung Galaxy Book 2, Galaxy Book 2 360, and Galaxy Book 2 Pro will be offered in Silver and Graphite colours.

Taiwanese Electronics Giant Asus today announced the launch of its new smartphone in the Indian market. After a long wait, Asus 8z has finally hit the Indian stores today. Note that the device is a rebranded variant of Asus Zenfone 8 (global name) that was announced last year but here in India it has landed with a new name because of the trademark issue. Google Play Pass App is now available in India, to offer over 1,000 games across 41 categories

The search giant, Google, today announced the launch of a new gaming service for Android applications and games in India. Google Play Pass, which was launched in the United States in September 2019 has been introduced in India too. It is supposed to be Google’s answer to Apple Arcade, which operates in a similar manner. Aditya Swamy, Director, Play Partnerships announced, “Since 2012, Google Play has been a one-stop-shop to find, enjoy, and share your favourite apps, games, and digital content, and we are always looking for new ways to enable people to enjoy these digital experiences. We are excited to announce that Google Play Pass is now coming to India.” Google Play Pass will be available on the Play Store and provide over 1,000 applications and games without advertisements and access to their premium features for a fixed monthly or annual fee. The game subscription service has been launched to compete with Apple Arcade and is currently available in 90 countries, which provides access to many apps and games without ads, in-app purchases, and upfront payments.  However, there are several significant distinctions between Apple Arcade and other games and has been exclusively created only for iOS users. This week, Play Pass will be available for Android smartphones in India, offering a high-quality and curated library of 1000+ games across 41 categories from developers in 59 countries, including India. In India, it will cost Rs 99 per month but you may begin with a one-month trial.  Prepaid one-month subscriptions are also available for Rs. 109. Family managers can share their Play Pass subscription with up to five additional family members via Google family group. Asus 8z launching in India today: Here is how to watch the event live

In July of last year, the Taiwanese electronics giant unveiled the Asus Zenfone 8 Series. The India debut was slated for July 15, last year, however owing to an increase in COVID-19 cases in India, the Asus Zenfone 8 Series launch was postponed. The series consists of two devices: the Asus Zenfone 8 Flip and the Zenfone 8. Nonetheless, after much delay, the Asus 8z India launch is scheduled for today, February 28. The Asus 8z India launch will take place on February 28 at 12 p.m. Because it will be an online presentation, the event will be live-streamed on the company’s official YouTube account or via social media. Finally, the 16GB RAM with 256GB storage will be available for €799, which equates to roughly Rs 70,972. As a result, Indian pricing is likely to be comparable.
