Bharti Airtel, a major telecom provider, and Nokia announced a partnership for the construction of a 5G radio access network (RAN). Following the recently completed 5G spectrum auctions and Bharti Airtel’s distribution of pan-India spectrum, this multi-year agreement supports their goal of ushering India into the 5G era.
