If you are an avid gamer or a serious audiophile, Havit, a China-based consumer electronics maker, has launched its first wireless headset, Havit i37, in India at Rs 1,299. The audio gear comes with a 12-hour-long battery life and is up for sale on Flipkart and Amazon India.
Talking about the technical specifications of Havit i37, the wireless headset comes equipped with dynamic speakers, Bluetooth 5.0 compatibility and a cable that connects the earpieces. In addition to this, the i37 headset is embedded with in-built remote that enables the user to take as well as end calls, skip or pause tracks and control volume without being hooked to the device.
If you don’t even wish to use the remote, Havit i37one wireless headphones comes with the voice assistant support with Google as well as Siri that allows the user to control the device through voice commands.

Launching on 21st Jan 2020.” The company only announced that the phone will be launching today however it did not disclose the timing of the launch. As per some reports the mobile phone is expected to fall between Rs 35,000- Rs 39,999 price range. Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite specifications
After the global launch of Galaxy Note 10 Lite we are very well aware of the specifications of the upcoming smartphone. The photo-sharing app Instagram will be removing the IGTV button from the home screen. The button can be seen on the top right corner of the app’s home screen. IGTV is a standalone app for watching long-form, vertical videos from your favorite Instagram creators. The users were able to watch the videos within the Instagram app.
The Facebook-owned app Instagram has nearly 7 million users around the world and around 1 billion users have downloaded the IGTV app. AIn a statement to TechCrunch Facebook’s spokesperson opened up, “As we’ve continued to work on making it easier for people to create and discover IGTV content, we’ve learned that most people are finding IGTV content through previews in Feed, the IGTV channel in Explore, creators’ profiles and the standalone app. Very few are clicking into the IGTV icon in the top right corner of the home screen in the Instagram app. He further added, “We always aim to keep Instagram as simple as possible, so we’re removing this icon based on these learnings and feedback from our community.”
IGTV videos are not limited to one minute instead the video can be longer than one minute or can be up to an hour-long. Initially, when it was launched it only supported vertical viewing of the video but last year it started supporting landscape videos in addition to vertical.

The South Korean electronics manufacturer Samsung is all set to set up its own manufacturing unit in India. The company is investing $500 million in the country to set up a display producing unit in the outskirts of Delhi.
In order to set up a plant, Samsung will be investing more than Rs 3,500 crore in the country where it will be setting up a displays manufacturing unit in Noida. The company’s investment plan has been disclosed during a filing with the local regulatory. The company will be producing displays for smartphones including other electronic devices such as TVs.
To recall Samsung invested $700 million while setting up a mobile manufacturing plant in Noida. The company claims it to be the world’s largest mobile manufacturing plant. A plot has been allocated to the company in its existing unit area.
As per a report, the unit will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, processing and sales of displays of different types as well as sizes including their parts, components and accessories.
In the beginning, the plant will be producing displays for mobile phones but in the future, it will also be manufacturing for laptops as well as televisions.
The new plant will boost the production of Samsung’s devices as the components will be locally produced near New Delhi when the Government is also planning to impose duties on imported displays for smartphones and televisions.

Bharti Airtel already launched Rs 279 prepaid plan that comes with daily data benefits including life insurance cover worth Rs 4 lakh valid for 28 days. The company has now introduced another new plan of Rs 179 that comes with life insurance cover of Rs 2 lakh offered by Bharti AXA Life Insurance validity of 28 days. But the newly launched prepaid plan does not include daily data benefits.
Shashwat Sharma, Chief Marketing Officer, Bharti Airtel said, “Our innovative prepaid bundles with built-in term insurance plans have got a positive response from customers and this has encouraged us to make the solution even deeper to the masses. Earlier the company used to offer two prepaid plans of Rs 249 and Rs 599 that comes with the same benefits but after the tariff revision, the company now offers Rs 279 and Rs 179 prepaid plans with the same benefits. The newly launched Rs 179 prepaid plan offers unlimited calling to any network within the country, 2GB of monthly internet data, 300 free SMS as well as a term life cover of Rs 2 lakh from Bharti AXA Life Insurance. The plan comes with a validity of 28 days. The insurance cover is available to all Airtel customers aged between 18 years to 54 years and requires no paperwork or medical test. The policy or Certificate of Insurance will be digitally delivered to the customers. If requested by the customers the company can also provide a physical copy of the insurance to the subscribers.
Furthermore, the company says, “The entire process is digitally delivered in a matter of few minutes at any Airtel retail store or on Airtel Thanks app. Airtel has over one million retail outlets, and its mobile network covers over 786,000 non-census towns and villages across India.”
On the other hand Rs 279 prepaid plan includes 1.5GB of daily internet data, unlimited calling to any network, 100 free SMS per day with Rs 4 lakh life insurance cover valid for 28 days.
Samsung’s Galaxy A series is getting bigger. Last year we saw that the company launched Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51 in the market. Both the smartphones are the successor of Galaxy A50 and A70. Now the company is planning to introduce Samsung Galaxy A31 and A41.
Back in November, we came across leaked specifications and model numbers of both Galaxy A31 and A41. Now a new leak has about both the devices that have been shared on the internet. As per a new report, Samsung Galaxy A31 will arrive with a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel macro shooter. However, its successor comes with a 16-megapixel main camera. Additionally, A31 is expected to come with a battery capacity of 5000mAh.
Whereas Samsung Galaxy A41 is also stated to come with a 48-megapixel primary camera along with a 25-megapixel selfie camera. However not much has been disclosed about the device but both the phones are expected to be offered in 64GB of base storage.
Like we mentioned earlier both the specifications of the smartphones were also leaked a few months ago by a tipster named Ishan Agarwal and online portal MySmartPrice. According to the tipster Galaxy, A41 will bear model number SM-A415X whereas Galaxy A31 will carry model number SM-A315X. They will also be offered up to 128Gb of internal storage options.
But as per previous reports, A31 is expected to come with a triple rear camera that will include 16-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. While on the other hand A41 was suggested to arrive with a triple camera set up that will include a 24-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The Chinese electronics brand Xiaomi has announced that its sub brand Poco spinning off as an independent brand. To recall the Xiaomi introduced Poco as its sub brand in the year 2018. The company launched its first smartphone Poco F1 that has been a successful device till date.
Addressing the announcement, Manu Jain, Xiaomi Vice President and Xiaomi India Managing Director, said, “What started as a sub-brand in Poco has grown into its own identity in a short span of time. Xiaomi has now restructured its sub brand that will be a standalone brand from Xiaomi with its own team as well as its market strategy. This move came immediately after Poco executive Jai Mani and some of its founding and important team members resigned from the company. A recent leak of the Huawei P40 Pro has come to life, which has showcased the form and design of the upcoming smartphone. The smartphone will indeed be sporting 7 cameras. Two cameras will be in a pill-shaped camera cut-out on the display like we saw in Samsung Galaxy S10+. But is placed on the left side instead of the right. The other 5 cameras are placed in a rectangular module with curved edges. This also houses the dual-tone LED flash.

Looking at the short video there is a lot of difference. However, we would want to see real like tests when putting OnePlus 8 Pro against Asus ROG Phone 2. Rumours also tell that the screen will support 2K graphics. Well, the chipset it will come with can support higher and also up to 200Hz display, but OnePlus 8 Pro is settling with 120Hz at the moment.

Oppo F15 pricing and availability
Today the Chinese smartphone maker Oppo launched Oppo F15 in India. The company introduced the phone in a single variant of 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage that will be carrying a price tag of Rs 19,990. The device will be available in two colour options Lightening Black and Unicorn White.
The newly launched smartphone will go on its first sale from 24 of January via e-commerce website Amazon as well as Flipkart. However, the company has put up the phone on pre-orders from today onwards.
Oppo 15 specifications and features
Now coming on the specifications of Oppo F15, the device runs ColorOS 6.1.2 skinned on top of Android 9 Pie. The smartphone comes with a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 1080×2400 pixels of resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. However, nothing has been revealed about the chipset but the phone will be offering 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is rumoured to run Android 9 and is said to house a 4000mAh battery that is non-removable. The smartphone is expected to support VOOC fast charging.
Coming on the camera capabilities, Oppo F15 to arrive with a quad-camera setup vertically placed on the back panel. The camera system will be consisting of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a wide-angle lens and a macro lens. It is stated to house a 32-Megapixel front-facing camera that will also support the face unlock feature.
Samsung will soon release their new folding phone the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. It is rumoured that the phone will be launched on February 11, 2020. LetsGoDigital and designer Giuseppe Spinelli or Snoreyn have now released a new video with renders of the device based on leaked images of the phone on the internet.
It is expected that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip will have the serial number of SM-F700F and will have a display of 6.7-inch as the internal screen. Thanks to the team at LetsGoDigital, we can see mock renders of the patented devices. The patent outlines two devices, both dual-sided smartphones. The screens on the device wrap-around the phone in different directions. The new design for the first smartphone shows a phone similar to the Mi Mix Alpha Concept phone with the screen wrapping around one vertical edge.
The second device’s display wraps over the top horizontal edge of the device. The back looks to house a hole-punch dual-camera setup. Both smartphones do not have front cameras in the renders, this may be because the rear cameras double as front cameras as the device is mostly composed of its screen. The patent-made designs do not list out possible buttons and ports the phones may have. These designs are well cast to catch the attention of smartphone enthusiasts. The designs look more practical than the Mi Mix Alpha. It will be an interesting watch to see what Xiaomi will do next to bring changes to the smartphone experience and if these phones will make the cut, enter production and be launched into the general market.
Xiaomi was most recently in the news after they launched the Mi share feature to users running on MIUI 11. This P2P technology will enable Bluetooth based sharing of files from Xiaomi to Vivo and Oppo devices and vice-versa. The P2P transmission will occur without an internet connection. Currently, Xiaomi devices running Android 9 Pie or higher versions can avail this feature listed as Mi Share enabling seamless data transfer between smartphones. The video begins with a before and after view of Erangel and is decorated by flags that we believe represent the different factions that are available. The video then shows players near seemingly special crates where the uniform of the players has a glowing logo which might represent the faction the player belongs to. The next scene is where a player threw a helmet to his teammate, meaning the mobile version player simulations will have the ability to throw items soon.
The next part of the video shows a gunfight where a player injects himself with what seems to be a booster and runs faster. A teammate then throws a shield to cover the first player followed by a healing dart from a third player to revive the first player. The video ends with both players preparing to fight. It is surprising to see that PUBG Mobile is adding new features while the current versions have unfixed bug issues. It is not clear when the new updates will happen and if they will carry bug fixes to the current bugs in the mobile version of the game.
A multitude of rumours and false alarms later, Mercedes Benz India limited, reputed to be the oldest luxury car manufacturer of the country has released their electric vehicle luxury line with the EQ brand. The company now joins MG motors and Hyundai in the list of car manufacturers who offer premium electric vehicles in India. Post debut of the EQ line, Mercedes Benz will soon bring the EQC SUV to India, expected to be around April of 2020. The all-electric SUV is currently available abroad and it is expected that the electric variant of all models will be available by the beginning of 2022.

The EQC is currently available abroad and it is expected that the company will increase their Electric vehicle lineup with electric models of the current vehicles like the GLA-Class (EQA), B-Class (EQB), E-Class (EQE), GLB-Class (EQB) and S-Class (EQS). When enquired about their expansion plans for 2020, the company informed that they plan to install 4000 solar panels to meet energy requirements at their Chakan facility. The company also plans to release a new model every month, with a minimum of 10 cars headed towards the Indian market. This smartphone is also supposed to have a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, enabling the phone to full charge in less than 74 minutes.

We’ll start by talking about the look and feel of the earbuds. The design of SkullCandy Sesh is very similar to most other earbuds that are currently available in the market. The body of the earbuds is made up of plastic and they perfectly fit into our ears. The biggest talking point of the SkullCandy Sesh Truly wireless earbuds is that they are extremely comfortable to wear. They also come with soft-touch buttons that can be used for increasing or decreasing the volume and music playback.
It is worth mentioning that these buttons do require some force to function, so it’s not like you would end up inadvertently adjusting the volume by an accidental touch on the earbuds. Having said that, some may feel that the new offering from SkullCandy are not as touch-sensitive as their competitors. But to us, it caused no problem during our time with them. SkullCandy Sesh Truly wireless earbuds also have support for digital assistants like Siri and Google Assistant.
Coming to the case, we can’t say that we are as impressed by it as we are with the earbuds. As compared to cases of other earbuds, it is quite big in size and also on the heavier side. If you are someone who always carries a bag with yourself, you wouldn’t face a problem with carrying the earbuds with yourself. However, if you are not one of these people, you may want to think twice before buying SkullCandy Sesh as they definitely cannot fit into the pocket of your jeans. But then, the case does have a big battery, and for some, this will justify the big size. It can give a battery backup of up to seven hours to the earbuds.
To indicate how much battery is left in the case, it has LED lights on it. There is also a button next to these LED indicators. It is worth noticing that the case has to be charged using a microUSB cable, which is becoming increasingly unpopular.
The wireless earbuds have two pogo pins that lock them in their respective slots in the case. The earbuds would begin to charge as soon as they are kept in the case.
To conclude, we would say that the earbuds are comfortable to wear and stylish to look at. They come with button gestures and have support for digital assistants too. The case could have been smaller and thinner, but then, as we mentioned earlier, not everyone will have a problem with that.
SkullCandy Sesh performance
Comfort is not the only aspect of the SkullCandy Sesh Truly wireless earbuds that’s worth talking about. If you are a bass lover, you are absolutely going to love these earbuds by SkullCandy. We heard music using the earbuds at various volumes and the audio quality always remained consistently good. No matter which genre of music we listened to on the earbuds, they always managed to deliver a good performance. But as we mentioned earlier, the earbuds were simply amazing when it came to playing bass-heavy music. We even listened to some instrumental music that was heavy on drums and guitar, and the wireless earbuds did a decent job at playing that too.
However, there is one thing that we would like to put forward. The audio quality of the earbuds does change when it is paired with different smartphones. For instance, it worked great with our Google Pixel 3a, but the quality did drop a bit when we paired it with Samsung Galaxy A50.
We also used the earbuds to attend various phone calls, and we encountered no problem listening to speaker or for that matter, being heard by them.
We should mention that a problem that we face with SkullCandy Indy, which we use regularly, is that it keeps falling off from our ears. The company has fixed this issue with its Sesh earbuds. They fit perfectly in our ears and didn’t come out till we pulled them ourselves.
One among the key highlights of SkullCandy Sesh is its battery life. We used the earbuds for a couple of hours every day during our time with them. With usage of this kind, we only had to charge it on the sixth day. We consider this to be good as most people have similar usage pattern. However, if you are someone who uses their earphones more heavily than this, the battery would run out sooner, obviously.
The SkullCandy Sesh earbuds come with IP55 rating, which basically means that they are resistant to sweat, water and dust. With this, you can easily use them for listening to music while working out, indoors or outdoors.
Verdict
At Rs 5,999, the SkullCandy Sesh Truly wireless earbuds are a good buy, especially if you are a bass lover. The audio quality of the earbuds is very good and we found them to be quite comfortable. The earbuds also perform well with various genres of music and at different volumes. However, we would have preferred their case to be smaller as it would make it easier to carry them. Also, the performance of the earbuds could be more consistent when paired with different devices.
