The Chinese premium smartphone company, OnePlus, last month launched Bullets Wireless Z earphones in the market alongside OnePlus 8 Series. Now reportedly the company is planning to launch its first true wireless earbuds. The company is expected to launch its TWS earbuds in July this year alongside OnePlus Z at a special event.According to a tipster Max J OnePlus True wireless earbuds could launch in July this year. Max J is the same tipster who predicted the launch date for the most anticipated OnePlus Z and coincidentally both the devices are expected to land in the same month. He also shared a picture of the upcoming OnePlus TWS earbuds revealing the design of the earbuds that looks similar to the Apple AirPods. The earbuds appear to have a very simple design however the ear tips are more rounded than the Apple AirPods. Moreover, it seems to come with an IR sensor. According to the tipster, the image shared is an actual representation of the design of the earbuds. The earphones come with stems so that the mics are closer to your mouth and the user would be audible to the other person during a call. The OnePlus TWS earbuds are expected to come with features like noise cancellation and wireless charging. Not many specs and features have been revealed, not even the expected pricing by what name the earbuds are going to be called.
However, the company has not said anything related to the upcoming product. Last year in December a tipster revealed that the company might bring its true wireless earbuds alongside the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. The concept image of the earbuds was also shared on the web but the much-anticipated audio device could not make it to the market in preference the company launched an affordable option as Bullets Wireless Z alongside the series with a price tag of Rs 1,999 in India. The earphones are available in three colour options Black, Blue and Oat and can be purchased via e-commerce website Amazon.The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z supports Warp Charge tech which is claimed to deliver up to 10 hours of music playback when you charge it for just 10 minutes an on a full charge it provides 20 hours of battery life. Discovered by XDA-Developers’ Max Weinbach and other fans, it was revealed that the Color Filter camera was spotted on OnePlus 8 Pro smartphone can process infrared light to provide in-camera effects as it can penetrate via materials without IR shielding.

The South Korean smartphone company, Samsung, launched another smartphone in the market. The company has introduced the world’s 5G first smartphone with a quantum encryption technology called Samsung Galaxy A Quantum. To produce the smartphone the company collaborated with SK Telecom. The device is powered by a Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG) chipset aka SKT IDQ S2Q000.The Quantum Chip has been developed by SK Telecom’s branch ID Quantique that is based out of Switzerland. With the help of the Chip, the device is capable of generating the world’s smallest unpredictable quantum random numbers and can create security keys that improve the apps and services security. Usually, random number generators that are currently being used in the devices at this time are most prone to be targeted by the attackers. Whereas the Quantum Random Number Generator comes with LED along with a CMOS sensor and the setup measures 2.5×2.5mm. The LED emits light (photons) which is captured by the image sensor then the QRNG chip utilizes the information to evaluate quantum randomness and generates a random number. This random number is handed over to various smartphone apps for user’s authentication as well as generating encryption keys for instance when the user uses a mobile payment app. This is said to be the safest and unhackable solution at the moment. With the PlayStation5 launch inching-closer, Sony has given a glimpse off the upcoming PS4 exclusive gameplay for Ghost of Tsushima in its latest State of Play Stream. Available to pre-order now, Sony’s Ghost of Tsushima is set to release on July 17.
In this 18-minute gameplay video, Sony showcased the Ghost of Tsushima’s open-world exploration, combat, stealth mechanics, character customization, different game modes and much more. The photo mode is rather expansive too, which is a delight given how visually pleasing the game looks.
The story trailer of Ghost of Tsushima, which is developed by Sucker Punch Production, revealed, “In the late 13th century, the Mongol empire has laid waste to entire nations along their campaign to conquer the East. Tsushima Island is all that stands between mainland Japan and a massive Mongol invasion fleet led by the ruthless and cunning general, Khotun Khan. Khan is a Mongol general and leader of the Mongol army invading Tsushima Island. “Khan is a ruthless, cunning enemy who uses everything he knows about the samurai to try to destroy them. He’s a brutal, unrelenting adversary that Jin will quickly learn not to underestimate,” the blog post added.

Motorola is all set to launch its much-awaited Motorola Edge+ in India. The smartphone maker has revealed the arrival of the newly launched device by listing it on Flipkart. To recall, the Lenovo owned Motorola unveiled its most anticipated Motorola edge series globally last month and now it is scheduled to arrive in the country on May 19.The series includes two devices, a vanilla variant Motorola Edge and Edge+ but the Flipkart teaser is right now only teasing Motorola Edge+ for India. The device will be exclusively available via e retailer Flipkart only. The teaser says that that phone will be unveiled on May 19. However, the listing does not include any other information related to the pricing or sale details but the launch event will begin at 12 noon onwards. We think that the company must have planned an online launch event to introduce the smartphone in the country amid lockdown. Looking at what pricing the company offers the phone in the past, Motorola Edge+ was introduced with a price tag of $999 that translates to Rs 75,414 for the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage in the US. The Indian pricing is also expected to be similar to what is being offered in the US market until then we have to wait for the official pricing to be revealed on May 19.Motorola Edge+

Motorola Edge+ runs on Android 10 out of the box. The smartphone carries a curved display with a punch-hole cutout for a selfie camera. It equips a 6.7-inch full-HD+ OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support as well as an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 865 processor paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of non-expandable UFS 3.0 storage. As far as the new XPS 17 from Dell is concerned, the XPS 17 returns as the most powerful XPS laptop ever after a 10-year hiatus. Claiming that the XPS 17 is also the smallest 17-inch laptop on the planet, Dell notified, “The virtually borderless, 4-sided InfinityEdge display makes it smaller than 48% of 15-inch laptops available today3, putting the XPS 17 into a class of its own.”
Dell XPS 17 features the latest 10th Gen Intel Core Processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics with Max-Q design. Under the hood, the company has packed a unique thermal design for increased fan airflow to fuel demanding projects.
Now coming on to the redesigned XPS 15, Dell asserted that it is the smallest 15.6-inch performance class laptop. However, the laptop has got an immersive audio-visual experience with a larger 16:10 display and new up-firing speakers.

With foldable smartphone becoming popular amongst technology lovers, news is rife that LG is currently working on a new smartphone code-named LG Wing. This much-talked-about handset will come with a screen that swivelled to reveal the keyboard. The smartphone is expected to hit the smartphone market in the second half of CY2020.
As per a recent report from Korean publication ETNews, the 6.8-inch main screen display of what is equipped with another 4-inch sub-screen that aims on increasing content immersion. With this, the report reveals, “When you run the photo app on the main screen, you can run editing functions on the sub screen or watch video content and browse related information.”
So when the main screen of this smartphone code-named as LG Wing is laid horizontally, it is makes a shape of letter ‘T’ by spreading both wings. “Depending on the orientation of the main screen, the sub-screen is located on the side in the vertical view mode and on the bottom in the horizontal view mode,” added ETNews
It is reported that LG Wing will be 5th generation (5G) smartphone like LG Velvet and will derive its power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 series mobile application processor. As far as camera is concerned, the rear panel will carry a triple-camera module comprising of a 6,400MP main sensor.
With LG Wing, it seems that the company is emphasising on a design and functions that are different from the ‘mass premium’ market strategy.
Besides this, it is likely that LG will also be prepping up for a service to personalize various options including colour in order to highlight the premium image.
Currently, LG Wings is believe to have entered the development phase so that it can make way to smartphone market is the second half this year. “LG Wing is expected to be a product that combines the market responses and capabilities that LG Electronics has accumulated in dual screens and LG Velvet,” the report concluded.
Recently, LG lifted curtains of its mid-range Velvet in South Korea. The company hasn’t given any information about when LG smartphone will be available in international markets.
LG Velvet comprises of 5G-capable Snapdragon 765 SoC, 8GB RAM and a single storage option at 128 GB with up to 2TB microSD expansion. As far as the display is concerned, LG has introduced a 6.8-inch OLED panel with a 20.5:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ resolution (1920 x 2460) known as ”Cinema FullVision”.

With reports that Samsung Galaxy Fold Lite smartphone is in the making and will be rolled out soon, rumour mills are churning one leak after another. Now in a latest series of rumours, Max Weinbach hints that the price of this smartphone could be $1,099. Mind you! This smartphone is rumoured to come without 5G support to fall in the list of budget-friendly devices.

If we believe these rumours to be true, Samsung Galaxy Fold Lite smartphone will run on Snapdragon 865 chipset along with 256GB storage capacity. It seems that this device is line with the original Samsung Galaxy Fold handset.
Weinbach also tweeted, “I’m unsure about that processor but I did find it in the kernel sources of the S20 Ultra. It means they are at least building software for the 865.”
Besides this, the rumours further revealed that Samsung Galaxy Fold Lite will not be equipped with Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) on its internal screen. So let’s wait and find out what Samsung will do about the scratch protection. News is rife that Samsung Galaxy Fold will likely house a smaller external display like the one on the Z Flip handset. As far as the external screen is concerned, will probably be smaller than before (the original Fold has a 4.6” secondary display).

In order to safeguard its users from cyber harassment, Instagram has now lifted curtains off new features that mark the continuation of its effort to lead the industry in the fight against online bullying.
Firstly, Instagram rolled out a new feature to help people manage unwanted interactions at once. In a blog post, Instagram notified that “We know it can feel overwhelming to manage a rush of negative comments, so we’ve been testing the ability to delete comments in bulk, as well as block or restrict multiple accounts that post negative comments.”
Instagram further added that it has discovered that by managing unwanted interactions, people, especially with larger followings, are able to maintain a positive environment on their account.
Wondering how to enable this feature? Well, iOS users can simply tap on a comment and then the dotted icon in the top right corner. Now click on Select Manage Comments and choose up to 25 comments to delete at once. Tap More Options to block or restrict accounts in bulk. On the other hand, Android users can block or restrict accounts by pressing and holding on a comment, now tap the dotted icon and select Block or Restrict.
The second feature that Instagram introduced is highlighting positive comments. According to Facebook-owned photo-and-video-sharing social networking service: “In addition to removing negative comments, we want to give people an easy way to amplify and encourage positive interactions. Soon, we’ll begin testing Pinned Comments.”
Mind you! This feature gives Instagram users a way to set the tone for their account and engage with their community by pinning a select number of comments to the top of their comments thread.
Thirdly, Instagram users can now choose who can tag and mention them. In the blog post, Instagram asserted that it has observed that tags and mentions can be used to target or bully others. Therefore, the Facebook-owned social networking service has now introduced new controls that allow the user to manage who can tag or mention them on Instagram. Moreover, a user can choose whether he/she want everyone, only people they follow or no one to be able to tag or mention them in a comment, caption or Story.
In the fifth edition of our Community Standards Enforcement Report, Guy Rosen, VP Integrity at Facebook, said, “Facebook and Instagram to be places where people can express themselves and have a voice. The company has launched Sony HT-G700 soundbar that is supported by Dolby Atmos, DTS:X as well as the Vertical Surround Engine. Even more, it is also removing the harmful content from the site. This move has been taken by the company to put a stop on the users spreading fake information and rumours that could harm someone. Twitter in its blog post said that “In serving the public conversation, our goal is to make it easy to find credible information on Twitter and to limit the spread of potentially harmful and misleading content. Starting today, we’re introducing new labels and warning messages that will provide additional context and information on some Tweets containing disputed or misleading information related to COVID-19.”Twitter is also planning to use these labels and warning messages to provide additional explanations or clarifications in situations where the risks of harm associated with a Tweet are less severe but where people may still be confused or misled by the content. This will make it easier to find facts and make informed decisions about what people see on Twitter. To recall, in March the company began addressing the contents that were fake and contained wrong information that could mislead the users seeking information related to COVID-19. These labels will also be applied to the tweets sent before the announcement that contains potentially harmful, misleading information related to COVID-19. These labels will be linked to a company-curated page or external trusted source containing additional information on the claims made within the Tweet. According to the company, these warnings will inform people that the information in the Tweet differs from public health experts’ guidance before they view it.“Our teams are using and improving internal systems to proactively monitor content related to COVID-19. These systems help ensure we’re not amplifying Tweets with these warnings or labels and detecting the high-visibility content quickly. Additionally, we’ll continue to rely on trusted partners to identify content that is likely to result in offline harm. Given the dynamic situation, we will prioritize review and labeling of content that could lead to increased exposure or transmission. We’ll learn a lot as we use these new labels, and are open to adjusting as we explore labeling different types of misleading information. This process is ongoing and we’ll work to make sure these and other labels and warnings show up across Twitter.
