OnePlus 10T

OnePlus 10T review: Super fast speed at an attractive price, should you buy it?Price: Rs 46,999 The OnePlus 10T comes with a gigantic 160W super fast charger that can provide up to 150W of wired charging. The OnePlus 10T is definitely heads and shoulders above any other smartphone when it comes to super-fast charging speed. It takes just over 20 minutes to fully charge the 4,800-mAh dual cell battery with the turbocharger, and if you are in a hurry 3 minutes of charge will take it from a 1% to 15% charge. The battery lasts an entire day if you’re carrying out heavy tasks and have an above-average screen time. Even with extended periods of gaming, the battery puts a shift in and provides a day’s worth of juice. More moderate use can extend the backup further and you’ll still have some charge left going into the next day.

iQOO 9T

iQOO 9T review: Design and Display Price: Rs 49,999 The newly launched iQOO 9T comes with a 120W fast charger that can fully charge the smartphone in 25 minutes. The 4,700mAh easily lasts an entire with an additional  20-30% to spare. The iQOO 9T also comes with a ‘Monster Mode’ designed for gamers, which bumps up the performance levels resulting in faster battery drainage. Even with 3-4 hours of gaming, the battery is just enough to last the day and anything beyond that will require plugging in the charger before the day runs out. If you’re not interested in gaming and tend to use your smartphone conservatively, the iQOO 9T will amaze you with its battery backup.

Asus ROG Phone 5s

Asus-ROG-Phone-5s-reviewPrice: Rs 49,999 It is no surprise that one of the better gaming smartphones under Rs 50,000 has made it to this list. The Asus ROG Phone 5s comes with not one, but two 3000 mAh (6000 mAh in total) batteries inside. The smartphone also offers 67W charging support, with an additional side-mounted charging port for when you want to charge your phone while gaming. After nominal use, you get over 22 hours of battery life from it. But if you game a lot, you will get between 5-7 hours of continuous gaming.

Oppo Reno8 Pro

Oppo Reno 8 Pro specifications Price: Rs 45,555 The Oppo Reno8 Pro is powered by a 4,500mAh battery and comes with an 80W charger in the box. The smartphone offers SuperVOOC fast charging, taking under 45 minutes to charge from 1-100%. Oppo claims that the battery will only diminish to 80% capacity after 1600 cycles (4 years of use), which is pretty impressive. When it comes to battery life, the Reno8 can easily last a day of above-average usage which includes binge-watching video content, moderate gaming, and regular camera use. Definitely one of the best battery performances for a smartphone under Rs 50,000.

Xiaomi Mi 10T

Xiaomi Mi 10T ProPrice: Rs 35,999 Xiaomi Mi 10T has one of the most versatile batteries in its segment, especially when you count the 144Hz display refresh rate. The 5,000mAh battery is capable of lasting for more than a day even with up to 9 hours of screen time. If you’re planning a weekend trip and forgot your charger, the Mi 10T can survive almost 2 days if you bring down the refresh rate. The 33W charger that comes in the box can fully charge the smartphone in under an hour, which isn’t the quickest charging speed, but definitely competitive with other smartphones in this price category. The Mi 10T uses the Middle Tab architecture, which means the centre of the battery receives the influx of charge and then fills up along the rest of the surface. This smartphone is great shout for one of the best battery and fast charging performances under Rs 50,000.

Vivo V25 Pro

Vivo V25 Pro price in India, sale detailsPrice: Rs 35,999 While Vivo V25 Pro garnered all the praise for its camera unit and the colour-changing back panel, its efficient battery went under the radar. Equipped with a 4,830mAh battery, the Vivo V25 Pro can easily last a day on regular use. This includes watching YouTube, constant browsing, using Bluetooth accessories, and even light gaming. The 66W fast charger comes with the smartphone and can fully charge it in under 50 minutes. The battery performance on the CE 2 Lite is remarkable for a camera priced under Rs 20,000. With moderate to heavy usage (gaming, internet usage, watching videos), the battery lasts for an entire day, but you will definitely need to plug it in for the next day. However, if you’re more conservative with your smartphone usage and only have up to 3 hours of screen time a day, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite is capable of lasting for almost two days. The 33W fast charger replenishes 50% of the battery in 30 minutes, a notable feat for any smartphone in this segment.

Samsung A73

Samsung Galaxy A73 5G 5 Top Smartphones under Rs 50,000 with large battery & fast chargingPrice: Rs 41,999 The Samsung A73 does not come with a charger in the box, nor does it offer a charging speed as fast as the other phones on this list. But, the A73 deserves its spot solely because of its tremendous battery life. While it may take almost 2 hours to fully charge, the Samsung A73 does not drain quickly once it’s at 100%. Even with heavy usage, the A73 can easily last a day with a considerable amount of battery left, which is more than necessary to go for half a day more. With more restrained use and lowering the refresh rate to 60Hz, the smartphone can easily last 2 days. For those who travel short distances frequently and don’t always want to carry around a charger with them, the Samsung A73 is an excellent choice.

Poco X4 Pro

Poco X4 Pro 5G India launch set for next month, April 10 launch teased Top Smartphones under Rs 50,000 with large battery & fast chargingPrice: Rs 19,079 Poco has consistently put out high-performance smartphones at competitive price points, and the Poco X4 Pro is no different. Not many smartphones in this category can boast of that. Since Poco X4 Pro also caters to the gaming audience, its battery has been built to withstand heavy use and can easily last more than a day if you’re a casual user. If you don’t mind charging your phone at the end of the day, you can use the X4 Pro at a 120Hz refresh rate without needing to worry about the battery drain. If you want your phone to last up to 2 days, you may want to consider bringing the refresh rate down. On top of that, the 67W charger can boost the battery up to 60% in 15 minutes and fully charge it in about 40 minutes. You won’t get better performance at this price.

Vivo T1 Pro 5G

Top Smartphones under Rs 50,000 with large battery & fast chargingPrice: Rs 23,999 Closing out the list is the Vivo T1 Pro 5G. iPhones Compared: iPhone 14 Plus Vs iPhone 13

Since the iPhone Mini has been retired, the iPhone 14 Plus is the newest addition to the roster, and the regular iPhone 14 will take the place of the mini. The Plus model, as its name implies, is bigger in size and has essentially identical specifications to the base model. The A16 Bionic chipset is reserved for the flagship Pro models, while both devices continue to use the pre-existing A15 Bionic chip featured in the prior iPhone 13 series. Therefore, we compared the iPhone 14 Plus Vs iPhone 13 so you may make an informed decision before purchasing the new device.

iPhone 14 Plus: Rs 89,900 iPhone 13: Rs 69,900

Our Take

Beginning with the appearance, both iPhones have a very similar design. This means that the display notch will be exactly like those from previous generations, about the same size, and built using the same diagonal camera setup. Apple is maintaining the same 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display that you saw in the iPhone 13 and also retains a refresh rate of 60 hertz. Note that the screen size of the Plus variant is the same as on the iPhone Pro but with a reduced refresh rate. Here we would like to add that for the price iPhone 14 Plus comes and that too with a slower refresh rate and touch sampling rate is no longer justifiable with the competition reaching 120Hz with phones that are far less expensive than this. The iPhone 14 and Plus both use the current A15 Bionic chip, while the Pro models will stand to gain from the newest A16 Bionic chipset. It will be the first time that new iPhones’ internal components are varying, and it is disappointing that you aren’t getting the anticipated refresh, particularly at this price point. Additionally, the iPhone 13 camera from last year and this year are identical, which is yet another major letdown given that we were hoping for an upgrade. Looking at the specifications, we believe there are more features that both phones share than any upgrades. If you were to ask us to choose between the iPhone 14/Plus and the iPhone 13, we would unquestionably choose the latter at the price it is currently being offered at. Linebet and Melbet Comparison

Indian players undoubtedly love betting. This is justified because you can not only enjoy your favourite sports or casino games but also make money from them. However, the issue of bookmaker reliability is very important for Indian players because let’s agree, no one would want to bet with a bookie who cannot guarantee the transparency and reliability of bets. For this reason, we have looked through a lot of different bookies and highlighted the two best – Linebet and Melbet. Of course, no one will forbid you to bet using both of these bookies, but it is much more comfortable to use one on a regular basis. In order to determine which bookie is better, it is necessary to review each one in detail and notice the important aspects, as well as the pros and cons of each. And you don’t have to do that, because we have already done everything for you! Just keep reading this article and you will be able to see all the comparisons of these two bookmakers, which will allow you to choose the best one.

Registration

First off, let’s look through one of the most important aspects for all new players – the registration process. It is required to be able to place bets and should be safe and secure.

Linebet

Linebet lets its players choose from 4 different registration methods – one-click, e-mail, phone number and social media registration. Depending on the method you chose, you will have to provide certain information, for example, email registration requires you to provide your first and last name, email, phone number, country, currency, region etc., while phone number registration only requires you to provide your phone number, SMS confirmation code that you will receive, username and password.

Melbet

In comparison to Linebet’s registration, Melbet is the same, as it also allows you to choose from one-click, phone number, email and social media registration. The only difference between the two is that Melbet has a wider range of social media to choose from since you won’t be able to use Telegram in Linebet.

Payment Methods

Payment methods are very important to consider since you would probably want to see the payment methods you’re familiar with rather than ones that you don’t know. In the tables below, we present to you the payment methods of Linebet and Melbet, as well as their minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts.

Linebet

Payment Method Minimal Deposit Minimal Withdrawal
Visa 100 BDT 150 BDT
MasterCard 100 BDT 150 BDT
Master 100 BDT 150 BDT
WebMoney 100 BDT 150 BDT
ecoPayz 100 BDT 150 BDT
Wallet Token 100 BDT 150 BDT
ePay 100 BDT 150 BDT
Skrill 100 BDT 150 BDT
Neteller 100 BDT 150 BDT
Bitcoin 100 BDT 150 BDT

Melbet

Payment Method Minimal Deposit Minimal Withdrawal
Perfect Money 100 BDT 150 BDT
Sticpay 100 BDT 150 BDT
Pay4Fun 100 BDT 150 BDT
eZCash 100 BDT 150 BDT
AirTM 100 BDT 150 BDT
Jazz Cash 100 BDT 150 BDT
UPI 100 BDT 150 BDT
MuchBetter 100 BDT 150 BDT
As you can see, it’s great that they both have low minimum deposits and withdrawals, however, Linebet provides payment methods more popular in India than Melbet.

Methods of contacting support

New players will need to get help from time to time, which they can get by contacting the support team of the bookie. Having a wide range of contact methods is important, as everyone has their own most comfortable way of contacting.

Linebet

Linebet has all the most popular ways of contacting the support team. You can use 24/7 live chat, which is multilingual and will let you speak in Hindi, or use email support-en@linebet.com or phone number +442045770803.

Melbet

At Melbet, you are able to use the live chat, however, you won’t be able to use Hindi in it. The same problem occurs when you use email or phone numbers to contact Melbet’s support team.

License

When it comes to license and security, we can say with absolute guarantee that Linebet is far greater. Linebet operates under the Curacao license, which is given to only the best of the best. Because of it, you are able to be sure your funds and data will be safely stored and nobody will get access to your account. On the other hand, Melbet operates under the Curacao license as well, however, it doesn’t provide the same safety that Linebet does.

Range of Games

Speaking of betting opportunities, Linebet lets you choose from sports, which there are over 50, as well as eSports, Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, TOTO, TVGames, Aviator and Live Sports betting. Meanwhile, Melbet lets you choose from Sports, Live, Fast Games, eSports, Slots, Live Casino and Bingo. When a catastrophic crash is detected, the emergency services call interface will show on Apple Watch because it is most likely to be closer to the user. If iPhone is in range of the best connection, the call will be placed through iPhone. A new feature of the iPhone 14 series is Emergency SOS via satellite, which combines specialised parts that are tightly linked with software to enable antennas to connect directly to a satellite, enabling messaging with emergency services when cellular or Wi-Fi coverage is not available. Sending a message through a satellite can take minutes because they are moving targets with minimal bandwidth. With Emergency SOS via satellite, iPhone front-loads a few crucial questions to evaluate the user’s position and instructs them on how to point their phone to connect to a satellite because every second counts. The initial survey and any subsequent communications are then forwarded to support offices staffed by Apple-trained professionals who can make support calls on the user’s behalf. When there is no cellular or Wi-Fi connection, this technology also enables users to manually communicate their location with Find My over satellite, giving them peace of mind while trekking or camping off the grid. Users in the US and Canada will be able to access Emergency SOS via satellite in November, and the service will be free for two years.

Apple Watch Ultra with a bigger, brighter display and rugged design launched

Today at the Apple Far Out event Apple introduced its Apple Watch Ultra. This is said to be the company’s strongest rugged watch ever. It comes with a variety of functions designed for endurance, exploration, and adventure. In addition to this, the company has also unveiled the Apple Watch 8 Series and the second generation of Watch SE. The 49mm titanium casing and flat sapphire front crystal of the Apple Watch Ultra reveal the largest and brightest Apple Watch display to date. Instant access to a variety of helpful features is provided by a configurable Action button. The battery life of the Apple Watch Ultra is the longest of any Apple Watch, lasting up to 36 hours with typical use. Additionally, a new low-power level can increase battery life to up to 60 hours, making it perfect for multi-day excursions. Apple Watch Ultra price in India The new rugged watch has a compass incorporated into the dial and is made specifically for the larger Apple Watch Ultra display. It also has the capacity for up to eight complications. Three additional bands—Trail Loop, Alpine Loop, and Ocean Band. Three in-built microphones on the Apple Watch Ultra considerably enhance voice calls in any environment. Voice is captured using microphones while ambient background noise is reduced by an adaptive beamforming technique, producing remarkably clear audio. Apple Watch Ultra uses cutting-edge wind noise-reduction methods, including machine learning, to deliver crystal-clear, understandable audio for calls in difficult windy settings. The accuracy dual-frequency GPS includes both L1 and the most recent frequency, L5, as well as new positioning algorithms for the first time ever in an Apple Watch. The most exact GPS of any Apple Watch to date is provided by Apple Watch Ultra, giving users the most accurate distance, pace, and route statistics for working out and competing. The Apple Watch Ultra runs watchOS 9, which has new sophisticated running metrics like stride length, ground contact time, vertical oscillation, and running power to gauge performance. Due to the bigger display, Apple Watch Ultra is the only Apple Watch that can show six metrics at once. New Workout Views like Segments, Splits, and Elevation deliver crucial stats at a glance. With features like Heart Rate Zones, Custom Workouts, Pacer, and, later this year, Race Route, users can advance their training. The new Multisport workout incorporates autodetection to make switching between workouts easy for triathlons, duathlons, or other events involving any combination of swimming, biking, or running. Most users of Apple Watch Ultra have enough battery life to finish a long-course triathlon, which entails a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile cycle ride, and a 26.2-mile full marathon. The Action button allows users to jump to the next leg of a Multisport workout or the next interval of a Custom Workout instantaneously. Additionally, it may be used to identify segments, completing the new Track running experience, which automatically gives runners at a track the best pace and distance estimations. In watchOS 9, the Compass app has had a complete overhaul and now offers three different views and more detailed information. The software shows a brand-new hybrid view that combines a digital view with an analogue compass dial. A second view that contains latitude, longitude, elevation, incline, and an orienteering view with Compass Waypoints and Backtrack may be accessed by turning the Digital Crown. Compass Waypoints are an efficient and practical way to annotate a place or point of interest inside the app. A waypoint is dropped when the Action button is pressed or the Compass Waypoint icon is tapped. The waypoint can then be changed by touching the corresponding icon. When a user gets lost or disoriented and needs assistance retracing their travels, Backtrack uses GPS data to generate a path that shows where they’ve been. When off the grid, it can also activate automatically in the background. Users can rapidly start or examine a Backtrack or drop a Compass Waypoint with only one click of the Action button. If people are lost or hurt, an 86-decibel siren is intended for emergencies and can help call attention to a place. With the new Oceanic+ app, Apple Watch Ultra is made for water sports, including extreme ones like kitesurfing and wakeboarding as well as recreational scuba diving to 40 metres. Apple Watch Ultra is WR100 approved to support these scuba diving excursions. Additionally, the Apple Watch Ultra has received certification to EN 13319, an internationally recognised standard for dive gear that includes depth gauges used by recreational divers all over the world.

4G Vs 5G? Which one should you get straight away in India?

4G has been around for a while now, whereas 5G is yet to launch. But the groundwork for it has already begun with the recently conducted auctions for the same. Indian government. earned over Rs 1.5 Lakh crore with Reliance Jio emerging as the top bidder. Jio emerged as the only applicant to have acquired spectrum in the coveted 700 Mhz bands, which according to the analysts will give the company a significant headstart over its competitors.  5G with 10X faster data speeds than what we have right now. India has only taken its first steps with 5G, but some countries have been walking or rather running with it and others will soon follow.  Read also:  Jio 5G network to be rolled out by Diwali in October across multiple cities

There are more ways than one in which 5G differs from 4G, here’s everything you need to know about all the differences.

To begin with, 4G rolled out in India all the way back in 2012 and 5G will be made available to the customers just now. When 4G arrived it gave us the ability to use data and voice from the same packets, made the prices of data affordable, and with that, we also got free voice calls. Consumers also got better voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) capabilities and the data speeds saw a dramatic increase. 4G gave users the ability to browse websites on mobile devices in a much faster way. People can game on 4G networks and even stream OTT content. However, this is about to get to the next level as 5G can provide speeds of over 500Mbps to its users. So, if you thought 4G was fast, 5G is 10X faster. We would not be wrong if we call 5G, a 4G network on steroids. Read also: Airtel signs network agreements with Nokia for the launch of Airtel 5G services

5G what speed do you boast off?

The general idea is that 5G will be an upgrade over 4G. To give you an idea of what to expect when 5G arrives; if you’re getting 100Mbps on a 4G network, on a 5G network you can attain a speed of up to 1Gbps. You will be able to stream movies, music and more in a much more efficient and buffer-free manner.

So, which one is better for you?

With everything discussed above 5G is, by all means, a great choice but you’ll have to wait for it. Moreover, there is a factor of pricing. 5G plans from JIO and Airtel could be more expensive than 4G plans. If you like watching a lot of video content and streaming music on your devices, 5G will suit you well. However, if you just like to browse a few websites or chat on WhatsApp, a cheaper 4G plan will be just fine. For now, 4G is the best option available for you and once 5G rolls out, it will take a while before it is completely adopted and is working seamlessly.  For the latest gadget and tech news, and gadget reviews, follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Previous reports suggested that Phone 14 Pro models would have two cutouts a pill-shaped and a hole punch that come together to form a single notch. The camera and microphone privacy indications are displayed in the notch. The upcoming iPhone 14 Pro variants are rumoured to contain a bigger camera module with a 48MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 12MP telephoto camera as its focus points. The iPhone 14 series is also anticipated to offer 30W wired charging. The Apple Watch Series 8 will likely receive a similar makeover and a handful of additional capabilities. While also anticipating that the standard watch would resemble the Watch Series 7. The Apple Watch Pro edition is expected to feature a fresh look. The business also intends to release a redesigned Apple Watch SE with a speedier chip. A new Red colour option for the Apple Watch Series 8 is anticipated. Like the smartwatches of the previous generation, the new smartwatch series is rumoured to come in 41mm and 45mm sizes. Along with a 47mm flat display, the Watch Pro is anticipated to get the satellite connection feature. Body-temperature sensors and women’s health features will be available on Apple’s newest Series 8 Apple Watches. A larger display, a robust titanium shell, improved fitness monitoring features, and longer battery life will also be included. Additionally, watchOS 9 and iOS 16 for iPhones are anticipated announcements from Apple. On the other hand, according to reports, the Apple AirPods Pro 2 won’t get a design makeover. How to Recover Deleted or Missing WhatsApp Messages?

Here are some of the best ways in which you can recover deleted or missing WhatsApp messages (some of them are advanced ways, so read carefully). We’ll also cover how to set up an advanced WhatsApp backup plan to ensure you never lose any of your WhatsApp messages again.

WhatsApp Chat Backups and how to set them up

To recover deleted WhatsApp messages the most important thing is to have your Chat Backup turned on only then you can actually retrieve the messages. To turn the backup on, tap the Settings tab. It’s on the bottom bar of the iPhone app. On Android, open the three-dot menu at the top-right and choose Settings. chat back on iphone From there, head to Chats > Chat backup. Here (under Auto Backup on iOS and Back up to Google Drive on Android), the app offers several backup frequencies (along with the option to encrypt your WhatsApp backups): Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Off WhatsApp on android devices makes a local backup every night, but this doesn’t help if you have lost your device, so backing up to the cloud is important and useful. Over that, WhatsApp deletes older backup files as you create new ones. The iPhone app only keeps the latest backup file, while the Android version keeps “up to the last seven days’ worth” of backup files. Keep that in mind as you choose the right backup frequency for your needs.  Read Also: How can you bring back recently deleted images on Instagram? Choosing auto-backups will make it easier for you to recover WhatsApp messages soon after deleting them. On the other hand, weekly auto-backups will allow you to go further back in time to recover deleted WhatsApp messages, costing you your recent messages.

How to Recover Archived Chats in WhatsApp

At times the chat simply gets archived and all of it is still there on your WhatsApp and nothing has been deleted, to understand what the difference is and how to retrieve the chat or unarchive are listed below.  Archiving is like hiding chats. Nothing gets deleted and would be accessible to you. All you need to do is unarchive them, whereas deleting chat would erase its contents and make them no longer accessible to you.  For iPhone users, unarchiving their chats is easy. One way is to shake the device to undo and this will recover the archived chat. But there are other ways to do this as well.  Undo Archive

Follow these steps to unarchive a WhatsApp chat on any iPhone:

  1. The first thing to do is scroll up in the chat list (users can swipe from top to bottom) till the Archived Chats appear. archive on iphone
  2. Now you have to tap on it. Next, swipe from right to left on the chat you want to restore.
  3. Lastly, hit the Unarchive button that appears on the screen.

To unarchive a chat on Android (follow the steps below)

  1. Scroll to the top of the chat list and tap Archived chats.
  2. Press and hold on the chat you want to recover.archiving on android
  3. Tap the unarchive icon at the top-right, which looks like a box with an upward-facing arrow.  Tap the unarchive icon at the top-right

How to Recover Deleted WhatsApp Messages

Once you have made a backup, recovering chats from them is simple, all you need to do is uninstall and then reinstall WhatsApp on your device.  When you reinstall the app, a message would appear on your screen asking you if you wish to restore your message history from the backup file. To initiate the restore, tap on Restore and with this everything saved in your last backup would be retrieved. Make sure you do it as the message appears, as you can’t restore the backup file later. The next method works for both Android and Apple devices but with a limitation and that being, it will only work as long as you have a backup.

How to Recover Deleted Media on WhatsApp

Restoring your backup file allows you to retrieve any deleted media from your chats.  On Android, you can simply open a file explorer app and navigate to /WhatsApp/Media. From there, simply browse through the folders until you find the deleted photos you want to recover.  On iPhone, you should have a backup copy of images saved to your device if you have the Save to Camera Roll option enabled at Settings > Chats in WhatsApp. Read also: How to block or unblock someone on WhatsApp?

How to Recover Older Deleted Chats in WhatsApp

Please note: That the below strategy will work with Android devices only as Android lets its users access to the local backup files. If you are an iPhone user, the method of “restore from an iPhone backup” is what you will get. Here are the steps to restore old WhatsApp chats on Android:
  1. Open a file explorer app (if you do not have, then download from PlayStore) on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to /WhatsApp/Databases.
  3. Rename msgstore.db.crypt12 to msgstore-latest.db.crypt12.
  4. Rename msgstore-YYYY-MM-DD.1.db.crypt12 to msgstore.db.crypt12.
  5. Uninstall WhatsApp.
  6. If Google Drive backups are enabled, open Google Drive, slide out the left menu, tap Backups, and delete the WhatsApp backup file.
  7. Reinstall WhatsApp.
  8. When prompted, restore from the backup file.

To retrieve WhatsApp messages deleted sometime between two backups, simply do the following:

  1. Rename msgstore.db.crypt12 to msgstore-latest.db.crypt12. This changes the latest backup file, since you’re about to give an older backup its name in order to restore it.
  2. Next, rename the msgstore-YYYY-MM-DD.1.db.crypt12 file that you want to restore to msgstore.db.crypt12.
After this, uninstall WhatsApp. If you’ve enabled Google Drive cloud backups, open the Google Drive app, slide out the left menu, and select Backups. You’ll see a WhatsApp backup file with your phone number in it. Tap the three-dot Menu to the right of this and choose Delete backup to erase it. Doing this prevents WhatsApp from using the backup file in Google Drive instead of the local file you want to restore. Now, reinstall WhatsApp from the Play Store. During the setup process, you’ll be prompted to restore from the backup file you’ve just tweaked—it will show as X days old instead of the most recent backup file. Confirm restoration from this file. That’s all you have to do in order to retrieve deleted WhatsApp messages from older backups. Once you’ve restored those messages, feel free to start using WhatsApp as normal again. How To Fix Error SIM Not Provisioned MM#2? Try these 6 simple methods

Stones, that’s what smartphones are if they can’t do what they were made to do and that is not being able to make calls, send messages, or use the internet. One of the most common reasons is SIM card issues. Particularly, you may be receiving a “SIM not provisioned” error. This guide will provide simple troubleshooting solutions for this error to get your phone working quickly and the “SIM not provisioned MM#2” will evaporate.

What Does “SIM Not Provisioned” Mean?

A SIM card contains specific data necessary to identify your cell phone account. To simply state, this data helps mobile providers differentiate your cell phone from others and enables you to make calls, send messages, or use the internet. To understand what the “SIM not provisioned MM#2” error means, we should first define the term “provision.” It refers to the act of supplying or providing something, such as information or service. The “SIM not provisioned MM#2” message means that your SIM card is no longer sharing information with your mobile provider.

Here are 6 Ways to Fix “SIM Not Provisioned” Errors

Try these tricks to re-enable your SIM card and put an end to the “SIM not provisioned” errors on your device.

1. Enable and Disable Airplane Mode

Breaking the ice with the simplest of all potential “SIM not provisioned MM2” errors is to disable all connectivity on the smartphone or tablet. This is easily done thanks to Airplane Mode, a method that can be executed with a simple tap. Enabling Airplane Mode disables connections to mobile internet and basic cellular networks and by disabling Airplane Mode, we try to re-establish a fresh connection to overcome the SIM not provisioned error. To put your Android device into Airplane Mode:
  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingersSwipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers - SIM not provisioned MM#2
  2. In the Quick Settings screen, tap Airplane ModeIn the Quick Settings screen, tap Airplane Mode
  3. Wait for the change (just a few seconds)Wait for the change (just a few seconds)
  4. When you’re ready to undo, simply repeat steps 1-2
To put Apple iOS devices into Airplane Mode:  Airplane Mode - SIM not provisioned MM#2
  1. Open settings and the very first option to appear would be Airplane Mode.
  2. Tap the Airplane Mode switch to turn it on or off.
  3. Airplane Mode can also be turned on/off from the Control Center.
By doing this a fresh connection should be made with the network provider, if the SIM is working properly, the “SIM not provisioned MM2” error should no longer appear.  Read Also: 5 Easy Ways To Fix ‘Unable To Answer Calls’ On Any Android Smartphone

2. Restart your phone

restarting your device This might not sound high-tech or even a solution but simply turning off your phone can overcome the SIM not provisioned fault. Do the usual steps to restart the phone and wait a few moments, and you’ll see that the error message no longer appears, and your SIM card is activated.

3. Correctly Insert the SIM Card

Another method to eliminate SIM not provisioned MM#2 error is this one. There’s a chance that there is no issue with the SIM card’s activation or the network, and that it might simply be an ill-fitting SIM. This might be due to problems with the shape of the SIM itself or a badly designed SIM card slot.  inserting sim
  • To check if the SIM is correctly placed:
  • switch off your phone,
  • then find the SIM card: If you have an older or cheaper phone, find the SIM card by opening the back panel.
  • In older phones or even in some new ones you may need to remove the battery to access the SIM card slot but with flagship phones or those without removable batteries, the SIM card slot is usually at the side of the handset.
  • You’ll need a small SIM eject tool to open it. Look for a small hole along the side of your phone and push the tool in to eject the SIM.

You may need to use tweezers, or jimmy it out from underneath if a removable battery is involved. With the SIM card removed, give it a blow, and perhaps a quick dust with a lint-free cloth.   Replace the cleaned SIM card, taking care to position it as instructed. There is usually a sticker next to the SIM card slot, or an engraving illustrating the SIM’s correct orientation.  Replace the SIM card in your phone, and power it up again. The “SIM not provisioned” error should no longer appear. If it does, place the SIM in another phone.

4. Activate Your SIM Card

Activate Your SIM Card In most cases, a SIM card will be activated automatically within 24 hours of being inserted into a new phone. If this doesn’t happen, three options are usually available to enable Activision:
  1. Call an automated number provided by your SIM company
  2. Send an SMS
  3. Log onto the activation page on the carrier’s website
All these options are quick and straightforward but depend on whether the carrier supports them. In most cases, your SIM should be activated, and the “SIM not provisioned” error is solved.

5. Contact Your Carrier or Network Provider

Contact Your Carrier or Network Provider - SIM not provisioned MM#2 If the SIM doesn’t activate, it’s time to make a call(from another device) to your carrier or network. Explain to them the error message and the steps you’ve taken. As noted above, there may be an issue with the activation server, which would prevent your SIM card from activating. This would cause the “SIM not provisioned” error message Your carrier will typically keep you on the line while they investigate the issue. If it is a problem with the activation server, there may be some delay in getting the SIM activated. On the plus side, you’ll have a reason for the error and a possible date for resolution.

6. Get a New SIM Card

New SIM Card Still stuck here? Let’s try something else because it might be time to request for a new SIM card, maybe even an eSIM, if your phone supports it.  You could call your network provider for this, but you’ll probably find it’s quicker to head to a local phone shop or visit a franchise outlet.  They’ll be able to run diagnostics on the SIM card and hopefully, resolve the “SIM not provisioned MM2” error. Don’t worry or get disappointed if they repeat some of the steps you’ve already attempted as this is part of the diagnostic process. If it means you need a new SIM card, this shouldn’t be a problem and a new SIM card can be easily obtained.  and if you’re here hopefully something worked and the “SIM Not Provisioned MM2” error is fixed! Note that this error will only affect mobile devices that use SIM cards. As long as the SIM is compatible, and fits into the slot, these fixes will work. By this point, you should understand why your phone is displaying the “SIM not provisioned MM 2” error message. Remember, you have five options to fix this error:
  1. Update Carrier Services
  2. Toggle Airplane Mode
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Check the SIM is correctly seated
  5. Correctly activate your SIM
  6. Contact your carrier for help
  7. Get a new SIM card
If none of these things are working, then you’ll need to contact your carrier/network provider to ask for a replacement card. Once you’ve got everything sorted, your SIM card should work without a problem. Unfortunately, new SIM card errors are appearing all the time, but it doesn’t take long for the internet to rally together and start providing at-home solutions. If you find yourself experiencing SIM issues, it’s always worth conducting a quick online search to see if someone has found a solution or a workaround. Which iPhone 14 models will be launched at the September 7 event?

With Apple’s annual launch event just one day away, the internet has been abuzz with rumours and speculation about the new iPhone 14 lineup. In the last few years, Apple has been putting out a diverse lineup of iPhones suited for different kinds of buyers. But as we all know, Apple isn’t afraid of mixing it up and making some bold choices regarding the spec and size distribution among the iPhone variants. In this article, we go through the different iPhone 14 models that will be launched on September 7 and explain what each variant brings to the table. Read Also: When will iPhone 13 get cheaper?

No iPhone Mini this year?

No iPhone Mini this year? Bad news for the Mini users – Apple has decided to discontinue the Mini variant for iPhone 14. In the last two years, the iPhone Mini had acquired a loyal userbase that preferred the compact size of the smartphone, but Apple did not see its presence justify its revenue. With the success of the iPhone SE, we aren’t too surprised by the Mini getting canned. While iPhone Mini’s run lasted only two years, it is not outside the realm of possibility that Apple may bring it back in future.

iPhone 14

Now that the iPhone mini has been discontinued, the iPhone 14 will be the standard base variant for the new lineup of iPhones. With a 6.1-inch display, the iPhone 14 will be offered in 128/256/512GB storage options. It will also retain the A15 bionic chip found in the previous iPhone series, with the A16 processor reserved for the flagship Pro variants. The notch design for the front camera is here to stay for the standard variants. While the pricing has not been announced yet, we expect the iPhone 14 to cost $799.

iPhone 14 Max

Apple will continue to offer 4 new iPhones for the new series, with the iPhone 14 Max being the new inclusion to the lineup. With a display size of 6.7-inches, the iPhone 14 Max, as the name suggests, will be larger than the base variants but will share almost all of its specs. Certain reports suggest that this variant may also be called the iPhone Plus instead of ‘Max’. The bigger size will also be able to accommodate a larger 4325mAh battery.

iPhone 14 Pro

iPhone 14 Pro The Pro variant of the iPhone series is usually the bestselling model out of the entire lineup, and with the iPhone 14 Pro receiving a host of upgrades, we expect it to match the numbers of its predecessors. The iPhone 14 Pro will have a 6.1-inch display and will be made available in storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. There won’t be any 128GB variant for Pro. It is also set to receive an A16 Bionic chipset along with a new pill and punch hole design for the front camera. You can read about all the new features here.

iPhone 14 Pro Max

The biggest and the most spec-heavy iPhone on offer, the iPhone 14 Pro Max will boast a 6.7-inch screen size and is expected to cost $1,199. It also gets a larger camera unit, with a 48MP primary lens on offer. The 48MP lens will also be capable of shooting videos in 8k resolution. The front camera will receive autofocus as well. There have been rumours floating around of an ‘Astrophotography’ mode as well, which will let users take highly detailed images of the night sky. Rest assured, the iPhone 14 Pro Max will be the phone to beat for the ‘Best smartphone in the market’ title. Read Also: How much iPhone Storage do I need? And how often should I change my iPhone?
