It seems that the smartphone manufacturer Sony is leaving no stone upturned in order to lure its customers. The manufacturer has expanded its M series with its latest offering Xperia M5. The Japanese smartphone manufacturer Sony has introduced the latest selfie smartphone of the company called as Xperia C5 Ultra. The smartphone features a 6-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2. The smartphone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and comes in both single and dual SIM variants.
The Sony Xperia C5 Ultra is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The internal storage of the device accounts to 16GB which can be expanded up to 200GB with the help of microSD card. The smartphone flaunts a 13.0-megapixel with wide angle lens and selfie flash both at the rear and front end.

This smartphone comes in three colour variations, which consist of Royal Black, Icy White and Purple.
Speaking on the launch of the Iris X1 Selfie, Navin Chawla, Senior Vice President of Lava said, “We realize that there is a need for such devices and with our R&D efforts this offering has a perfect combination of hardware and software driven front camera capabilities.”
On the specification front, the Lava Iris X1 flaunts a 4.5-inch FWVGA display. The device comes with dual SIM functionality and runs an Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Powering the smartphone is a Quad-Core 1.3GHz processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The on-board storage of the smartphone accounts to 8GB that can be expanded further via microSD card up to 32GB.

Samsung to launch its new smartwatch Gear A (Orbis) soon
Samsung, the South Korean tech giant will soon launch its latest smartwatch called the Gear A. This smartwatch has been codenamed Orbis. The company is expected to launch this smartwatch alongside the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus smartphone on 13 August at a global event.
Some reports state that the Gear A smartwatch will have round and rotatable bezel. This rotating circular dial will be used to navigate the interface easier, zoom in and zoom out the photos. The watch will feature a round display with a 360×360 pixel resolution. A few more specifications have surfaced, which show that the new device will have 4GB of internal memory.
Gear A is expected to run on Tizen 2.3.1 operating system. The smartwatch will be powered by an Exynos 3472 Dual-Core processor coupled with 768GB of RAM. The connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, 2G and GPS along with the barometer sensor and a heart rate sensor. It would house a 250 mAh battery.
This smartwatch by Samsung does seem like a treat for Samsung fan boys. However, the company is tight lipped on its launch and specifications.
Samsung to announce its Galaxy S5 Neo smartphone soon, some specs revealed
Samsung, the South Korean smartphone maker will soon launch its latest smartphone called the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo. This news has been spotted on the Web by a Dutch e-commerce website Belsimpel. They reported that this smartphone will be available by the end of the next month globally and in India.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo will feature a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display, with Corning Gorilla Glass for protection. The smartphone will be powered by an Octa-Core Exynos processor and 2GB of RAM.
A few more specifications have surfaced which show that the new device will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. The device will have 16GB onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. On the camera front, the smartphone sports a 16MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash along with a 5MP front camera. The connectivity options include LTE Cat6, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0, GPS with AGPS and NFC. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo houses a 2,800mAh battery.
Some reports also point out that the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo will measure 142×72.5×8.1mm and would weigh 145 grams. It is expected to be available in black, gold, silver and white options. And the price for this smartphone will be approximately Rs 33,000. But, there is no official word from the company yet.

The company informed that it sold 35,000 units of K3 Note (black version) in 6.5 seconds and another 15,000 units of its white version were sold out in 3.5 seconds at the fourth flash sale yesterday.

ASUS will launch three new ZenFone smartphones soon in India
Soon ASUS will be launching three of its latest smartphones at the ZenFestival, which is going to take place on August 6 in India. The three new smartphones are the ZenFone 2 Deluxe, ZenFone Selfie and the ZenFone Laser.
Peter Chang, Managing Director, ASUS said, “We are serious about the Indian market which is growing tougher day by day and that is why we want to do something different. We will showcase more products and share their prices at the Zen Festival. He also announced that some major changes are made to the Zen user interface to make the phone’s battery last longer and provide a lag-free experience for users.”
The ZenFone 2 Deluxe will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display. It will be powered by a 64-bit class based Quad-Core 2.3GHz Intel Atom processor Z3580 with PowerVR G6430 GPU coupled with 4GB of RAM. The Redmond giant Microsoft has finally officially launched its Windows 10 operating system in 190 countries. Presently the users of Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 can now upgrade to the new Windows 10 with ease. The company has started its reservation system earlier and is now in the phase of rolling out the updates.

Chinese manufacturers are flooding the Indian market with their inexpensive yet sturdy devices. One Chinese manufacturer is going to bring its flagship product soon, which will not be that cheap. Yes, One Plus (the Chinese smartphone manufacturer) will be launching its new mobile phone called One Plus 2 this august in India.

InFocus will soon be launching its new 2-in-1 Hybrid Tablet in India
Apart from the frequent smartphone announcements, InFocus have also announced a new 2-in-1 tablet. The company has not given any name of the tablet yet. But, InFocus will be launching the tablet later this year in India.
The tablet has a 10.1-inch Full HD capacitive touchscreen display. This device is powered by a Quad-core Intel Atom processor, which is clocks at 1.11GHz and supports hyper-threading up to 1.83GHz. It comes packed with 2GB DDR3 RAM. Over that, the InFocus 2-in-1 Hybrid tablet also has 32GB internal memory.
The InFocus 2-in-1 tablet has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel secondary front facing camera. The device is 8.8 mm thick and weighs around 550 grams (including the battery). This tablet houses an 8,000 mAh battery, which is non-removable. It also comes with an attachable keyboard cover, hence it is a hybrid machine.
It has been spotted running Windows OS. So it may come with dual boot functionality booting Android OS alongside Windows OS or just plain Windows. But, there is no confirmation yet about the OS of the tablet yet. We will confirm what it will be running exactly as soon as we get more information about it.

Miromax, the domestic smartphone maker has yet again launched a new budget Android smartphone called Canvas Xpress 2 in India. This smartphone is available in Black colour option.
On the specification front, the Micromax canvas Xpress 2 flaunts a 5-inch HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. The device comes with dual SIM functionality and runs an Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, which is upgradeable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. Powering the smartphone is an Octa-Core 1.4GHz processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. All this runs on MediaTek MT6592M chipset. For graphics a Mali-450 GPU is also in-built.
The on-board storage of the smartphone accounts to 8GB that can be expanded further via microSD card up to 32GB. Panasonic Love T10 smartphone with 21 Indian regional languages launched in India for Rs 3,690
Panasonic has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of Panasonic Love T10. This is the latest headset from the Panasonic “Love” series, which comes with access to 21 Indian regional languages.

Yureka brand by the Indian handset maker Micromax is trying to bring good smartphones to India. They have recently launched the new Yu Yureka Plus. This is the third phone from the Yu brand. This smartphone comes in two colour variations, which consist of Alabaster white and Moodust gray.

Lava launches Android One Pixel V1 smartphone with 5.5-inch display, 2GB RAM for Rs 11,350 in India
The Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava has finally launched its much touted Android One smartphone dubbed as Pixel V1 in India. The company has priced the device for Rs 11,350 and it will be exclusively available via Flipkart from today. Howvere, the company also revealed that the smartphone also make its way to the retail stores with time.
On the specification front, the Lava Pixel V1 features a 5.5-inch full Lamination IPS display protected by Dragontrail glass on top. The smartphone runs on the latest Android version 5.1.1 Lollipop and will further get updated till next two Android versions. Powering the device is a 1.3 GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MT6582 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The internal storage of the device stands at 32GB which can be expanded up to32GB via microSD card.

Sony will bring its top-end Android smartphones Xperia S60 and S70 soon to India
Sony, the Japanese giant smartphone manufacturer will soon be launching its latest flagships in the form of two great smartphones, which are Sony Xperia S60 and S70 around the world and in India. The new Sony flagships are said to launch at the IFA in September this year.
Some fresh reports say that the Xperia S60 and Xperia S70 are actually the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact. However, the report by WinFuture (German website) did not provide any details about the specifications of the upcoming Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Compact models. But, they claimed that both the handsets would offer 32GB of internal memory.
Other reports say that the Sony Xperia S60 or Xperia Z5 will be available in black, white, yellow and coralie colour options. The smartphones will be powered by a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chipset coupled with 4GB RAM. The Xperia Z5 smartphone will come with 32GB memory. The device will also have a massive 4,500 mAh battery.
Moving on to the next device, the Sony Xperia S70 or Xperia Z5 Compact will come in black, white, green, and gold colour variants. This smartphone will also have 32GB memory. Both the Sony smartphones are likely to be priced higher in comparison to the handsets in the current Xperia lineup, as both are reported to be high-end smartphones.

Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has finally slashed the price of Mi 4 in India. They have recently dropped the price of the 64GB variant of the Mi 4 in India to Rs 17,999. The original price for this one was Rs 23,999. Xiaomi India tweeted that it has permanently slash the price of 64GB Mi 4 since its fans “love it (the offer) so much.”

Samsung brings the latest Galaxy Tab A Plus tablet, India might get it soon
Samsung is continously launching great tablets this year. They had launched the Samsung Galaxy Tab A barely a month ago and now they have just launched its successor Samsung Galaxy Tab A Plus.
The Galaxy Tab A Plus features a 9.7-inch display. On the specification front, the tablet has a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor paired with 2GB RAM. This tablet also comes with the S pen. This S pen can be used for calligraphy among other things. The inbuilt storage of the device accounts to 16GB, which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card
The tablet has a 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus. There is also a 2-megapixel camera at the front of the tablet. The Galaxy Tab A Plus will offer Bluetooth, Micro-USB and Wi-Fi for connectivity. Motorola is expected to launch third generation of Moto G smartphone this week in India
Motorola, the American smartphone manufacturer is likely to launch the third generation of Moto G on July 28 in India. The company has already sent out invites for a ‘launch event’.
The Moto G third gen will feature a 5-inch IPS display. The smartphone will be powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processor combined with 1GB of RAM, all this on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset. The on-board storage of the smartphone will lie at 16GB that can be expanded further via a microSD card up to 32GB. Moto G third gen will also feature 4G network compatibility.
